4 stars is the best Menards will ever get from me. Why you ask? Their crappy rebate program. They have the ability to pretend everyone is getting 11% off everything? Almost everything? There’s a catch as always. First, you have to do all the work by going online and filling out the info, yada, yada, yada. They know, you know, everyone knows most people won’t go through the hassle. So don’t pretend they are being nice. If they truly wanted to give that 11% to their customers, they would do it automatically at the register. Other than that…pretty darn good selection along with some clothing & groceries. Also an okay selection of Halloween/Christmas decor within season. Their customer service seems better than HD from my experience. So prices are a bit higher, but better peeps.

This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.

I shopped this AM at the store close to me 120th Dodge.i had a clerk help me make keys. It was a great experience! He was knowledgeable and very nice to me. I am elderly. Thank you for still having personal sales. I go to Menards frequently!

Love Menards but the register design where I walk behind the cashier is akward and makes me uncomfortable. Why didnt you create the design where I push the cart behind them and I walk around to the front to pay, like Costco.

We had an excellent experience ordering cabinets at Menards. John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the effort he put into helping us. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in the service received today at this location in the paint department. I had a picture of a paint lid with numbers etc and asked about getting the same color. The lady was not kind and seemed unknowledgeable on how to do this and couldn't make it. After this I drove out to the Elkhorn location and was helped easily in making this color and given extra advice on another project I had. Customer service and training in a department definitely makes all the difference to guest coming in.

Ricky is right, I remember way back when the in store rebate program was started, I’ve disliked it ever since! It’s stopped me from spending money in your stores. But I like your selections, it’s very consumer friendly.
