NAPA Auto Parts

NAPA is my go-to for car parts. Always great quality parts and tools. They didn't have the brake rotors we needed for an Audi, but some of that may be supply and demand, and some may still be supply chain issues. Customer service was great though.

Had the part, but no scanner or tool lending... Would have been nice away from home in need of emergency fix.

The manager doesn't care about customers. He refused to come up front to speak with me when I asked to speak with the manager. I ended up having to walk out and told them I'm calling corporate. All I wanted was to return a brand new 16oz bottle of Kool-it Radiator flush that I purchased from NAPA. It's ridiculous, and I'm never spending money at NAPA again.

This store must be hurting for business. I tried to return UNOPENED products and they told me they don’t normally return those things. As I walked out and got into my vehicle they were all laughing at me. I have never felt more disrespected in my life! I wouldn’t suggest this store at all!

My recent visit to NAPA Auto Parts was nothing short of a nightmare, all thanks to the assistant manager, Scott. I purchased brake calipers from a different NAPA store and needed a core charge refund, which should have been a simple process. However, Scott's attitude and behavior made the experience extremely frustrating and unpleasant. Not only did Scott complain incessantly, but he also worked at a snail's pace, making me question his commitment to customer service. To make matters worse, when I requested the contact information of his superior (the manager), he flat out refused, indicating that he was well aware of his subpar customer service and didn't want to be held accountable. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this NAPA location, as my experience with Scott left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of this establishment. Avoid the frustration and inconvenience I endured, and choose another auto parts store that values your time, money, and respect as a customer.

Got wrong rotors for my mom's car. I call 60th and grover to see if this napa had the rotors I need since I could make it there 10mins before close. I get here at 5:50 doors locked and no one would answer the phone. I call 60th and grover so they could call and have them open the door and they also did not get an answer. If the business hours at till 6pm why are we locking doors before then. I already know it was 10mins before closing because I was here knocking on the door to complete my mother's only car for mother's day. Thanks NAPA great customer service right there.

Went in thinking I had a bad battery. The associate who helped me, Schuyler, tested it for me and confirmed what was wrong. I purchased a new battery and he was nice enough to swap them out for me. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future car related needs.
