We purchased a couch from the Ms. B's section of the store and it was discounted because it was a couch from a different store. On our FIRST delivery date we got a phone call stating the driver didn't show up and we would have to reschedule. Ok, fine, they refunded our delivery fee because our item wasn't delivered on the date it was supposed to be. Today (8/2) was our rescheduled date, an additional 5 days out from our original date. Lo and behold, we receive another phone call stating the driver didn't show up again and would have to reschedule. At this point, we just canceled our full order. I was always told to go to them because of the furniture pricing. No one ever said their delivery time is crap. I feel like we were put on the back burner because our couch was discounted. Never going there again. Apparently the couches are returns from customers and/or sent from other stores and that's why they're discounted so heavily. We were so excited for the couch too we cleared out the living room for it we even threw out our old couch the day of our original delivery and now we have no couch to sit on.

We have always had great experiences at NFM. We purchase all of our family and business tech devices here and have always received the best service and prices. Khalid helped me yesterday, and he had me in and out of the store in 15 minutes with a brand new Apple Watch AND was able to work with his manager to get us additional savings off their already great deal/sales price. We will continue to shop NFM!

Tammy is so nice and she knows her furniture. She was helpful and did not ride our backs while we were looking like some salespeople do. I appreciate how N F M has treated me through the exchange/return process and will continue to be a customer. Only wished I could have received my order earlier, but I guess that means business is good.

⭐️ zero -Star Review — Nebraska Furniture Mart Delivery Damage Claim Nightmare I want to warn future customers: Nebraska Furniture Mart does not take responsibility for delivery damage claims, even when you pay them for delivery service. It’s been over a month since my claim was filed, and it’s still unresolved. Throughout this process, I’ve been lied to multiple times and mistreated by their delivery partner, Ford’s Moving and Storage. If your case ends up with manager Gina, be cautious — she completely mishandled my situation and took advantage instead of helping. I’ve written formal letters, left multiple messages for Brandon, and still haven’t received a single response. The lack of accountability and communication is unbelievable. It’s clear that NFM simply doesn’t care once they have your money. Beware before you buy — if something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own.

We ordered a mattress online. The selection and price were very good, and customer service during pickup was excellent. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and only around 15 minutes elapsed from the time will pulled up to the check-in kiosk until we left with our mattress.

We had a very good salesman, Marlon Moreno Solorio, who was very knowledgeable at explaining the differences between the available treadmills or walking pads. I tried out several walking pads and was not sold on them. He then had me try 2 other different models - one with all the bells & whistles and then I went back to the Nautilus which provided everything I needed. I appreciate that he was able to answer all my questions and also that he did not pressure me into choosing a much more expensive model.
