This place is fantastic. I got great customer service from them and even though they could not help me because they did not have the part in stock they pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciate there friendliness and there willingness to go the extra mile to help me. There needs to be more of that type of service in the world. Thank you.

Nice store and nice people. Two employees today neither of which knew anything about welding. It's Sunday and their welding pro won't be in until tomorrow. I know Liz and she's pretty good with welding equipment knowledge. She's also a welder on her own time.

I wanted to purchase the last of a special sale item they had in stock. I had no opportunity to get the item the next day so they allowed me to come in past close and they had my entire purchase ready to go for me. The nice lady was named Sabrina and I will most definitely be returning for future milwaukee and other tool related purchases. They have great in store specials as well

I was told that I had to go online and wheni stated I am learning disabled and unable to use the internet they said tough they refused to help me at all and acted as if my money did not matter to them. This is discrimination and I am sickened by it

Do not have items repaired at Northern tools. Power washer has been there since May 5th. This week got a call fires up put needs a $15 part put it on. Alright will call you. Crickets. Call today before Levi knows the deal tells me to just come pick it up.
