Josh who worked as team lead was WONDERFUL!!! I was behind schedule and he could tell, so he told me that he could put a pause on his printing assignments and helped me. Not only did he work with me but he would print out each page to make sure I liked it AND that it was in budget. He truly was an angel and deserves a raise. He was a wonderful leader making sure to know I was being helped but also was able to assist anybody else who came in. It was truly wonderful. If I ever need to go to an Office Depot again I will go as far out of my way as needed to make sure I went to this one and it was all because of Josh. Thank you so much Josh!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I visited to place an order for vinyl banners, but it quickly became clear that the staff did not know how to handle the request. They told me to wait while they contacted their center, which I was willing to do. However, after waiting for nearly an hour, I was left completely unattended. I was on the phone during the wait, and no one updated me or even acknowledged me afterward. When I finally asked who would be helping me place the order, the response I got was, "What is your question?"—completely dismissive and unprofessional. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. Major red flag for anyone considering doing business at this location.

Terrible customer service and willing to help customers. The staff was rude and irritable with customers and peers. Wasn't willing to help or assist. It seemed as if they were bother with customers asking for assistance. There were only three customers in the store. I'll drive the distance for better service.

After hiring my assistant manager, I need to provide her a desk. Office Depot new exactly what we were looking for at a great price. I ended up dropping a lot of money during our visit, but we walked with everything we need. The service was above par that I have encountered at plother places that provide the same. Thanks again Office Depot!

Horrible experience printing staff does not know what they’re talking about, Self service printers do not work, don’t even waste your time going because they do not work

Braden in the copy center saved the day for me. With one day until an important meeting and a book that was printed incorrectly by our corporate office he helped me fix the books for the meeting. He was super patient and offered multiple ideas to help until we found a solution that worked! So thankful for his time, expert opinion and patience. I would highly recommend them for help with your printing needs!

My daughter and I went in as we needed assistance printing paperwork and the Printing station SUPERVISOR offered me to do it myself in an aggressive tone. I declined cause I didn’t want to deal with the hassle with the printer as I’ve had issues with other ones before. So I asked her if she could help me at the desk. She goes "well I don’t know what you need help with, that’s why I told you to use the self service printer ." I said I understand I just need to get my printing done. "She goes well you’ll have to wait none of us are able to help you cause we got a bunch of orders ahead of you." I said ok… Well I’ll just use the self service then if it will be faster. She seemed irritated that I even asked. I walk away to the printer. She didnt give or offer any assistance. 20 minutes later as I’m still struggle to get an account made and get my files loaded. An elderly lady comes in saying she needs help printing: she wasted no time to assist her and stood there to help her until her printing as done. Wow.
