Stupid dash light went off as we were trying to head out of town. A quick code check from the Service Advisor and our problem was quickly resolved and on our way!!!

Who knew an auto parts store would have spray nozzles for garden hoses. 5 stars for having exactly what I needed. Update: I really appreciate being able to buy new wiper blades and they install them for you.

Great service. Was having battery issues and they came out and tested everything for me to ensure I didn't have anything major to fix.

AJ saved me $50 basically. He was super helpful and had great customer service. He even helped me change my headlights. 10/10 would do again. Whatever he is getting paid, it's not enough.

My windshield washer fluid wasn’t working so I stopped by to get some help figuring out what was going on. Chris came out in the cold and snow and helped me figure out where the issue was. We figured out the pump was broken and he helped me replace the pump and make sure it was all working properly! Went above and beyond and froze his bum off to help me get things working again so I could see when I was driving in the elements. Thank you so much to Chris!!!

Truly knowledgeable parts people here! The manager Olivia, and asst. manager John have always gone above and beyond to help out not only myself but others that I have referred up there. Seems like they truly want to help!!

I don’t leave reviews, but Lance Cowan just did something I rarely see. We came to buy a new battery, he spent 20 minutes assessing the charge and showing us options on new batteries and then said "wait a minute" as he was conducting the replacement and fixed the old battery. He refunded our money and told me the best thing we could do to show our gratitude is be a repeat customer. Done. Oreilly you need to promote this guy.
