I lived here for about 2 years and I'm really going to miss it! The management team is amazing, and maintenance is always super speedy, even with non-emergency issues. I never had any serious issues with any of the appliances or AC/heating in my unit. I loved having the office in the same building, it's super easy to ask quick questions and it never felt like I was intruding on anyone's time. The common areas are awesome and cleaned at least weekly. This is a pet friendly property, and all of the dogs I met on the elevator were super well-behaved. The people who rent here are also super great, I am now great friends with a guy who happened to live on the floor below us! I never had any serious issues with my neighbors or the noise level. I would've lived here probably forever if I hadn't moved out of state, and I'm really going to miss living at Spaces.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The standout reason? Cecilia, our property manager. Cecilia is nothing short of exceptional. She brings a level of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care that is incredibly rare to find in property management. Whether it’s addressing maintenance concerns, keeping residents informed, or simply greeting tenants with a warm smile and positive energy, Cecilia truly goes above and beyond. Her deep knowledge of the property and willingness to help with any situation make this place feel less like an apartment complex and more like a community. The amenities here are also top-tier. The pool is absolutely gorgeous—always clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax or socialize on a sunny day. It’s one of the highlights of the property and a huge reason why I look forward to summers here. While everything else has exceeded my expectations, the one area that could use a bit of improvement is the weight room. It currently has the basics, but could benefit from some upgraded or additional equipment to meet the needs of more serious fitness enthusiasts. That said, Cecilia has already been actively working with tenants to gather feedback and bring in new equipment. It’s clear she values our input and is committed to making upgrades where possible, which makes me feel confident that even this area will continue to improve. Overall, this apartment complex is a fantastic place to call home. With an outstanding manager like Cecilia at the helm, top-notch amenities, and a clear effort to continuously improve, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. Highly recommend!

Lived here for about 3 years and enjoyed my time as a resident. Cecilia did a great job as the property manager and was responsive whenever needed. Maintenance also did a really nice job keeping on top of things. Close access to Downtown/Old Market and Blackstone.

I have lived here for almost four years. The management is responsive and transparent, the apartments are clean, pricing is clear while a bit expensive, and the amenities (gym, pool, coffee machine) are fantastic. Nowhere is perfect, but if SPACES had any major issues I’d know by now, and I have loved living here.

I’ve had no problems with Spaces so far. I moved in the winter and I am looking forward to the pool being open in the summer. The community is diverse with young professionals which I think is cool to see. My unit has no issues and any minor problems maintenance has been really quick with it. I use the gym a lot, I only wish we had another treadmill or a smith machine but I understand the lack of space (which is ironic since it’s called Spaces, joke*.) My only con is that the rent went up. Not by a lot but it still went up lol. However, this is just my personal experience so far

I have lived here for three years. It was a really good experience and super close to work. I used the coffee machine and weight room almost every day. Cecilia is a great manager, and the team at Spaces Apartments are very friendly and responsive! I would highly recommend this apartment complex looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

I have lived in Spaces for 2 years and have loved it. Cecila, the property manager, is super helpful and has a good relationship with a lot of the tenants. All of my maintenance needs have been taken care of either the same day or early next morning. Also, the location is perfect with interstate access and Midtown being a 5 minute walk.
