Went to the location in the L Street Marketplace to help my son get his own phone line. Ana Garcia-Orozco helped in getting this accomplished. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure the switch promotion would work for my son. I would not only recommend Ana to all, but this location as well. Thank you, Ana, you appreciate your time and friendliness.
Jeffrey was incredibly helpful to me today! I am a 'senior', and I came into the store in a bit of a panic. My phone looked to me like it had a virus and I had no idea what to do. Jeffrey took my phone and extremely patiently went through all of my apps and totally fixed.my problem. I was beyond thrilled. He's the best!!!
From Frustration to Five Stars – Thanks to Laura! We started our day at the Council Bluffs T-Mobile, hoping to upgrade our phones. Let’s just say… we were in and out in 5 minutes. The lack of professionalism there made the decision easy: we hit the road and drove to the Omaha location on L Street. Best. Decision. Ever. As soon as we walked in, Laura greeted us with a warm welcome—no pushy sales pitch, no BS. She actually listened to what we needed. From there, she went above and beyond to find us the best promos and got us an awesome deal on our upgrades. She even walked us through how to set everything up on the app, step-by-step. Laura stayed with us the entire time, making sure everything on the new phones was set up and running smooth before we left. Professional? Check. Personable? Absolutely. Knowledgeable? 100%. She made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. T-Mobile, take notes—Laura is a rockstar. You’re lucky to have her, and I hope you’re recognizing the value she brings. Laura is Veteran approved.
READ PAST REVIEW!!! (Ongoing issue) Been at tmoible for 5 years been with sprint before that for 7! ALEXIS is her name. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . Didn't want to help us from the jump, came to the door after sitting on the ledge by the window. Saw us coming and started the attitude than. Other gentleman was in the middle with a tablet set up, we were trying to go to that man. She intervened and told us there was nothing she could do for us after we said we had questions about our plan. MIND YOU she never asked us if we had any questions, she was just simply trying to get us out your doors . PRETTY SAD . We ended up spending the $550 at your 3rd party location after they helped us !!! She told us to trade in 2 15 pro max’s our bill would only go up !? UP PAST $300 on A MAJENTA plan . Pls she filled us with lies . Sure enough we traded in both phones and got the 16 plus ans the zflip 7 for $85 less than it was before. She should be fired if she’s expecting to come into work for hourly to tell you customers lies and push them away. How would y’all felt if i took my money to verizon !? If I was T-Mobile i would fix this staff issues of uneducated staff members that are overly rude . She also tried to kick me out the store when i said it was a 5 year limitation on the last 2 phones we traded in to get our 15s we did trade in there as well . But paid off the 15s fully. Not that big of an issue but it seems to only happen bc you have uneducated staff who don’t care. Pls fix this staff at this location i will be calling corporate
Today i went in to the store. The gentleman that was there around 7:30 pm 8/15 was just terrible with his customer service. Didn’t look like he wanted to help at all or like he didn’t enjoy working. The plans didn’t make sense when he told me what i was reading wasn’t what it would be. Said i had to port numbers over to get the free service phones when it says no trade in needed. Didn’t seem to care to explain either. I just left and it was just a terrible experience. Employees like him ruin experience of a company.
Thank you to Jeff Swoboda for spending two hours trying to fix the email connection issue on my phone. You have to be the most patient and/or most determined cell phone customer service person I have ever met.
Had Jeffrey help get rid of virus apps. Took his time to make sure all was good with device. Highly recommend him for all T-mobile.
