I had an amazing experience this morning thanks to Kerri Lewis. I had just left Walmart looking to purchase paint. While at Walmart I waited over 30 minutes for help which I never received. I left Walmart in drove to home Depot where Carrie was more than helpful to me. She walked with me to every aisle to pick up the items on my list. I call this customer service at its finest!!! Thank you Kerri for making my shopping experience wonderful.. YOU Rock
Go somewhere else to purchase windows. Their so called "window specialist" named Andrew uses deceptive sales techniques and appears to take advantage of older people. After an in home visit and measuring, he sold my Mother a window that was 4" narrower and 4" shorter that the window next to it. Window was installed. Of course, all she wanted was for the window to be the same size as the other one. When we called to notify Home Depot that the wrong size window was installed, we were told they don't sell the size she needed. She should have been told this rather than selling her a window that looks ridiculous next to the other one. Communication has been poor with no apology or explanation as to why Andrew thought it was acceptable to do this.
Nice store, fair prices but I ordered a replacement windows that didn't come with instructions (29 pages on line but not specific to my window). Went in tried the "windows desk" but there was only a "Door guy" who sent me to customer service (who very nicely printed the instructions for me) who sent me to someone at the Pro Desk (who wasn't there at the time) and with a line of 5 people I gave up and left the store. Might be worth making sure your products have instructions that can't be misunderstood!
Great home depo staff is friendly especially the kids loading. Everyone helps each other staff works well to achieve customer happiness. Thank you guys for helping me load my fridge. There was a rude customer and the boys handled it very well. You should be really proud of this store home depo.
As a local contractor, I’m in and out of different stores every day picking up supplies for various projects. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Lori for her outstanding customer service. When I seen her, she greets me with a smile and goes out of her way to help me find exactly what I need. She is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — truly the perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Lori, for making my job just a little bit easier every time I stop by. Your positive attitude and dedication are truley appreciated.
I'm in here at least twice a week buying stuff for the house. Recently Beth was super helpful with my curbside pickup. My 3 yr old was losing it in the backseat and she gave him some candy to calm him down. Thanks team.
I shop at this Home Depot nearly every week and have never had a problem—until today. I went to self-checkout as usual with a six-foot oak board, which needed the employee (an older lady with blond highlighted hair named Janice) to input the length since it’s priced by the foot. That part made total sense. However, after entering the board length, the employee began scanning the rest of my cart without asking. She occasionally paused to ask, "Do you want this?" but I eventually had to say, "Yes, everything in the cart," to stop the interruptions. Meanwhile, this was the only one checkout lane that accepted cash that was open, and the self-checkout was beeping for help. A line started forming behind me, and by the time she was done scanning my items, there were at least six people waiting. She even hit the pay button before I had a chance to review my items. I like to double-check prices in case something was mislabeled or rang up differently, and I didn’t get that opportunity. I'm not sure if she thought I was trying to steal a few packs of $1.47 flat head screws, the $1.88 poplar hobby board, or the $3.28 dowel pins but the whole interaction felt unnecessary and overly aggressive.
