Total Tool Supply - Omaha

Walked in and walked out 10sec later. On the website it says tool brand names and I seen Ridged so I went there to find some carbon brushes. Walked in and asked the first gentleman I seen (older Asian guy) if they happen to have any of these carbon brushes and showed him what I had. He answered no automatically, I replied with, your website says you deal with Ridged tools. He mumbled something about having to do this or that, I said "too much work for ya?" He said "no we'd have to look for it, and find it, and then order it." Not sure bout anyone else but that sounds LAZY and like it was too much work for him to do for just a couple carbon brushes. I will never go back there again and will definitely express my opinion to anyone and everyone I talk to. Thanks for nothing Total Tool Supply my visit was a TOTAL LET DOWN AND DISSAPOINTMENT.

Highly pleased with the service I've received here. Better than Home Depot, or any other major supply store in price, stock, and service. They're on top of the promos and know how to help you get the best bang for your buck. They're also well versed in tool manufacturers' warranties and can give sound advice on the best route when dealing with defective/damaged tools serviced. They were able to ship me the 7-1/4" Cordless Miter Saw, which is on back order with Milwaukee, right out of their own distribution center and I got it in 2 business days. I deal with Andrew, as he comes highly recommended by one of my coworkers. Give them a call and ask for him!

I tried calling another Milwaukee tool place in Omaha 3 times and got no answer. So I called Total Tool and they knew exactly what I was looking for, gave me a price over the phone and I picked it up in store. Very nice help the whole time and their selection is great. 100% will be using them for all my local needs.

Lot of selection . Guy at the counter didn't know much about tools when it came to basic questions. New location is nice I hope their staff gets more informed about what they are selling .

Great selection of power tools, especially cordless. Good customer service. Reasonably priced considering the large selection they offer.
