Mike. F over here at this store, man.. can’t say enough about him. I drove six hours north up here to pick up a load and our fork truck died in the parking lot.. Ran out of propane. It was two minutes before closing time when I called the store and he answered the phone. He waited 10 minutes after closing time for us to get there and refill our tank so that we could make it back down south by morning. This guy needs a raise or a promotion or something good.. Employees like him do not come around very often.

Man do you guys have some rude employees there. Couldnt find anyone to help and when I did, the guy says he don’t know and walks away when I’m talking. (He was pushing a pallet right into me without saying excuse me) can’t believe a place that’s already high priced would allow ppl to get treated this way. Yes the prices are severely overpriced and no assistance. I think I will take my business elsewhere because of the issues I came across. They also only have one cash register open to scan ppls merchandise and the wait is long. There is no in and out. You will be there for about a hour trying to get help and another hour checking out with what you may have to return later because you didn’t get help you needed These are truthful reviews and the employees are going to cause you to go out of business. No I won’t call the 1800 number because my review is already up and you have it and you can discuss it with your employees to change what you think needs changing. But at the end of the day I won’t go here again and I know several other reviewers won’t either!

They stopped me and asked me to hand over my items until I came to the cash register like I was going to steal it was a horrible experience I felt racially profiled am never shopping here again go to Menards right around the corner way better customer service

I have yet to have a pleasant experience at this tractor supply. Once when I was buying a stall mat, I told the worker I didn’t want the top one because it was broken and all messed up, and she refused to give me the second one without me telling her I wasn’t taking it. Then today, I walked in to the store and a lady came up to me and said "sir we are cash only". Okay cool, I’m here I’ll browse around. Then I see people checking out with card. Keep in mind, I walked in with people in front and behind me and was singled out. And really, I don’t care if you’ll let your team know about it, this location is garbage.

My wife came in and the worker who delivered her curbside order had a negative attitude.

I bought 2 orbit telescoping sprinklers on 9/25/24. got a $10 discount on each of them due to the one I wanted they couldn't find. The lady that helped me that day did not hesitate to look for what I wanted. Since they were put away for the season but were still offered online. I had to return one due to it missing a key part. i just wanted an exchange had my receipt. Went on 9/28/24 to do this. The cashier was very kind said he would have someone look to see if they had another. Online said 3 in stock. He asked who I am assumingwas a manager her name was Allyson. She needed to put her approval in the register for the return which i told her i wanted an exchange. She flat out said no in a rude tone. I asked what did she mean no. Her reply was NO they are out of season and we are not going to pull them down for you. And let me remind you this was all with attitude and a nasty tone in her voice. Then she asks when did you buy it. I told her a couple days ago. Rude again. She put her log in, into the register put my money on the counter. slammed a receipt down and said sign that(rudley still) and walked away. After all that she quietly and still rude, says if you want to wait i can get a ladder and see if I can get one. I told her don't bother. Never have I been so poorly treated in my life. I am a customer service manager in retail and have been for 30 plus years. If one of my staff spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me there would be concequenses. My husband has swore by her being so helpful and kind to him. When I told him about my experience he was very dissappointed and angry. I told him she must not like old gray haired fat ladies.He went to the store today 9/29/24. to try and get our exchange. Hope he has better luck. O told him as far as I am concerned we can take our business else where. Which we spend alot of time and money due to we buy our horse feed and suppliies from them. Allyson, i really hope you correct your attitude to customers. If you can't then you are in the wrong business.

Great store, dog friendly (if your dog is behaved), nice selection of goods. Catch them on their low cost vaccination days, we'll worth the trip for that!
