So far so good. I'd rather support a local family business over a large chain any day.
We have a Uline pallet stacker and the battery do not hold power any more. There is no service from uline. So I foundd a few vendors over internet but nothing available. When I find battery Worx, they do a few research and called me back for a refurbished option. Turn out it work very well. Although the battery size is a little bit different but it still fix in. Now we have a working pallet stacker now. Thank you for your good service.
Hands down, one of the best battery joint in town. If they don't have it, which they usually do, they can have it within 24 hours. Pricing is on par with Internet pricing, and they beat most local competitors pricing. They are always friendly and cordial, when speaking on the phone or in person. This is the only place I get my batteries from, for our companies needs.
This place was very helpful testing my 6volt batteries out of an old tractor. They tested them while I waited. The batteries tested good and there was no charge. I have purchased Deka batteries from them in the past and there prices are great!
