PODS Moving & Storage

David (8939) arrived with my pod, climbed out of his truck and pulled up his pants ( important to use retired Military guys) and immediately introduced himself and shook my hand. (Old school respect). David asked me where I would like my pod and I showed him where I would like it, and he placed it exactly where I wanted it. He even took the time to cover my electrical box by the curb with some black panel so he wouldn’t run over it. (Smart and Respectful). After he downloaded my pod, he then showed me how to use the door properly .( 3 holes bad, 2 holes good). He opened the door and showed me all the tie downs and informed me of packing mistakes/issues. Basically our equipment will shift towards the door when it is picked up and can cause issues with the roll up door not opening. He ended the meet with another handshake and "safe travels" David is an asset to your company and hopefully you are seeing his respect for your organization by the way he treats your customers. As soon as possible, if not already done, promote him to training new hires. As you will undoubtedly have more "word of mouth" referrals by him teaching those who were not taught by their parents, how to treat others. Thank you David. Tim King Retired U.S Army Senior NCO

Ron N. was awesome. Called me before he was on his way and then called again to let me know he was nearby. He had a tight fit to put in the POD between some fence posts and Ron made it look easy. He was super friendly and said he was proud to have 4+ years of no incidents putting these PODs in people's homes. We believe him because he did an amazing job. We'll be asking for him to come back and pick up the POD when we're done.

Drop off was a breeze , our pod delivery person was awesome! ( DAVID 8939) He was very communicative and gave us a lot of tips for when we get to our new spot ensuring that it’ll all go smoothly. We love good customer service and all the way through we’ve had nothing but good things to say even when it came to customer service. 🙂

Jordan came out to deliver our pod. He was professional, courteous, and timely. He explained the process and situated the pod perfectly for the driveway. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Would definitely do business with him again!

Our driver, Jordan A., was promot, personable, and consciousness. He was able to quickly place the Pod exactly where we wanted it, and it was obvious that he cared about the well being of our yard be asking permission to drive across the gravel. Definitely recommend.
