I found the exact product I wanted on online. The store closest to me did not have the product, but he directed me to the next closest store. I ordered online and batteries were ready in less than 5 minutes. Check out on pick up was quick and easy.

I've been buying batteries from this store for years, and I've never been able to use the warranty because the battery always fails a little after a year. Now that it failed before the warranty expired, the excuse is that my charger is defective and they can't replace it, even though that same charger is still charging my other batteries. The point is that warranties always have an excuse for not honoring them. Baterías that cost $340

This is long, but I'll make it shortly. Bought a battery, turned in the old one for a 25.00 credit. Never got the credit. Spoke with owner Greg, insured me they were all about customer service. He kept giving me the run around. Now he won't answer his phone or text. So I'm out 25.00. never give them my business again! So I guess it's ok to give bad customer service. Just ignore the customer and they will go away. Great policy!!

These guys are awesome. My phone wasn’t charging…I stopped in and they fixed it in like 3 minutes. Super polite and professional, resolved a huge headache. Look forward to shopping here again!
