I have their number saved in my phone because they are always just a phone call away and have taken away the stress of feeling stranded. 100% recommend!!

On Friday, September 23, 2022, i used Chris Towing by way of Mercedes-Benz Roadside Service when my Sprinter van would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. A driver named Al McCloud came to my house to tow my vehicle. He was excellent! Al was extremely knowledgeable, obviously experienced, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this particular gentleman if you need a towing service.

This company was contracted for roadside assistance by my insurance company, State Farm, at around 2:50pm on Sunday June 11 2023 with a 60-90 minute arrival window. I tried to call three times to confirm, never answered the phone. Never showed up either. They were re-dispatched at 3:30. A half hour into the second dispatch wait, an FDOT Road Ranger stopped and helped change out my flat tire with my spare and had me on my way in about 30 minutes.. Chris's still hadn't shown up by the time they were done. This company is extremely unreliable.. if I could give negative stars, I would.

This evening my Tesla computer malfunctioned and went from 118 miles to near zero. I needed a supercharger and I had to call a tow. I called a young lady at Chris’s towing who was polite and very helpful. I received a call within 5 minutes for the tow truck driver who also happened to own the company. He was not your stereotypical Tow truck driver but rather a compassionate person who had a service that I required in my time of need. Turns out that the lady misquoted a price that was half the usual towing charge. First, the driver/owner honored the quoted price. He didn’t have to do that. Then he drove me to a charging station. There I was unable to charge because it was not a supercharger and I did not have an adapter. He waited as I charged for 20 min after I borrowed an adapter from another concerned Tesla driver. Then Chris drove behind me as I found a Tesla supercharger nearby. HeThen waited another 20 min to make sure everything was okay. 30 min later he texted me to make sure my car was functional. AMAZING!!! While getting your car towed sucks, this tow company was awesome. If you ever need a tow in an unfortunate situation you want to call this company. Believe me when I say that concerned people like this are hard to find nowadays when people only care for themselves and the money.

Very professional service. Dispatch was very pleasant. Tow truck showed up quickly. Very knowledgeable driver, who was friendly and very helpful even in the pouring rain. Tow truck was very nice and clean. Very affordable. Would definitely use again. Great experience.

After an accident my car needed to be towed. This friendly caring company was very efficient and took very good care of my damaged car. I would definitely use them again.

So airport towing is towing from places with no signs thats good to know get ready i think thats ilegal right ok and no authorization sign oh wow thats good to know so many violations how is posable i have a video of you guys taking a car and no body shows up to sign no papers so thats no ilegal and no signs in front of the complex oh what is the excuse now with the video yea the city or county is not going to like that oh yea management is getting somebody esle so sorry but yea sorry lost the contract here.
