Rocco did an amazing job repairing our PS5 that had been overheating due to a botched repair from another shop. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he kept us updated with photos and progress reports along the way , super transparent and reassuring. Thanks to Rocco, our PS5 is running perfectly again! It’s rare to find someone this honest and professional — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again!

I would highly recommend Control Your Tech + Rocco for any pc related issues or projects. Originally went to Rocco because I was having issues with my computer crashing (BSOD) and because it was not booting properly. -- He was able to identify and solve my issues quickly, helped me order new parts, and swapped my hardware. After he fixed my issues, we made some aesthetic upgrades. He's great with cable management, hardware swaps, and troubleshooting. I can confidently say Rocco is the real deal when it comes to computers.

Rocco hooked me up. My gaming PC took a crap and i went down a rabbit hole with ChatGPT to try and fix it myself and that was the wrong move. I brought it to Control Your Tech and within the day he was able to diagnose the issue and able to give me the fix. I also wanted to upgrade my cooling and he threw an AIO in my system. 10/10 would recommend

I came home to discover that my PC was no longer working and found Control Your Tech off of google for repair places near me. I brought my PC in late in the day and Rocco was able to get it checked in for a fair price, and was clear and accurate in his communication on how things will proceed in terms of diagnosing the problem (broken motherboard in this case) and presenting an accurate timeline on when he will be able to have it fixed, and how much the work will cost. I highly recommend Rocco and will be bringing my PC back to him should any further problems arise.
