Whoever's driving this van is a liability. Bobbing and weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off. Almost wrecked into the back of my vehicle. Nothing is that serious and requires you to drive like that. Promise if they would have hit me, I would've owned a portion of this company. You would think with tons of reviews saying how reckless their drivers are they would take it more into consideration

Whoever was driving truck #26 on 1/20/25 through Altamonte Springs should have their license revoked. Rides your ass in 2 lane traffic to where you can’t even see their headlights. Absolutely inexcusable.

Called their store several times attempting to purchase a Crown PTH50 pallet jack. They neglect to answer calls in the middle of the day, and if someone does answer, they send you to a voicemail box. No one there ever returns voicemails, even after a half dozen calls over a week period.

Driver a01 almost ran me off the road today and continued to try and I state an accident on the 528 and furthermore through 417 until I got off. Extremely unsafe should be fired.

Crown equipment has been the most responsive to my service requests and seems to always fix it the first time. Their quality electric forklifts have been much longer lasting without repair since we switched to them. We also have used them for warehouse pallet racking projects that have been completed flawlessly gaining us more storage and pallet positions.

We emailed them for service at The Rustwerks and requested they call prior to coming so we could be sure someone was there. They just showed up without calling, and fortunately (or not) someone was there. At no point in the arranging of this appointment was a service fee mentioned, and it certainly was not advised that a fee just to come look at our machine and quote repairs would be $450. Making matters worse, they are quoting another almost 2k to repair a tilt cylinder that they repaired 7 months ago on a machine that is not used daily. Oh, and they had to come out twice to repair it last time. I certainly feel like we're being ripped off and will be reaching out to another company from now on.
