Cycle Gear

Recently bought a Rebel 1100 DCT and decided to stop by with my wife while in the neighborhood. We were greeted upon entry. They have a good-sized store with a few things I wanted to check out; however, it would seem most of the store was either geared towards Motocross or Crotch Rockets and not your average Cruisers. I couldn't find a good pair of riding boots that weren't for either of those types of customers, riding pants tailored to people with a slimmer waist and shorter stature, or a brake light harness allowing me to upgrade my lights for protection on the road at night. I took a few pictures to check pricing when I got home and found they were selling some items for the same price online, but others were way overpriced. The only time we were asked if we needed help was when exiting the store. It's a shame, as they have a lot of people on the floor, but they seemed more interested in shooting the breeze with other employees than to offer assistance.

Within 30 seconds of entering the store, I was greeted and found what I needed. The rest of the time was just looking at the high-end products that is offered. I will be back to purchase a new helmet this season and maybe a riding jacket.

Will was awesome he took time to help us try different helmets and had good product knowledge. He left us alone when we just wanted to look around and then got us checked out quickly. Will is a good salesman and the prices were good. Thanks Andy and Monica.

Had a super chill salesman wish I could remember his name. He very knowledgeable and laid back. Zero pressure and he had good jokes. He quickly installed my Bluetooth which sounds great. If you need equipment and wonna talk bikes and gear this is the place. Great spot

Josh was very helpful with my purchase and free installation of this Cardo unit. Also helped with app setup on my phone. Would highly recommend Cycle Gear for most all you Cycle needs. Friendly staff, reasonable prices.

Great service and fair prices. Got several pieces of gear including a new helmet, Alpine Jacket and gloves. Frank was extremely helpful and the store is well organized.

Unfortunately, there were two very nice young man that helped me, but I cannot remember their names. The store was well. Stocked and The staff was very knowledgeable. I visited the Location on Sunday (9/7) morning about 10:30 AM so if that helps acknowledge the two people that helped me one I was trying to purchase a LS two carbon fiber helmet and he offered to our order because it was not in stock in store and the other young man helped me get a jacket. I work in retail, so it’s always nice to come in a store where the employees are happy to be at work or at least show the customer that you’re not bothering them keep up the good Customer Service
