Randy and Tyler were super helpful, and gave me the best price I’ve been offered. I’m really enjoying my ZX-4RR, and I appreciate that they’ve been checking up on me since I got it! There had been one situation involving my dad and some person in finance, and Randy had him fired the next day. Incredibly nice people and very protective of their customers.

I was due for service and tires on my 2020 KTM SDGT. I’d been using a dealer about 30 miles closer but thought I’d check some other dealers. CSC’s quote was enough cheaper to make it easily worth the trip. Once I got there it was like I was in the company of old friends. These people aren’t just employees, but people who’ve ridden and worked in the motorcycle business for decades. And being someone who’s been riding for 60 years, that’s important and reassuring. Ken was not only quick to get me checked in and make sure all my questions were answered, but he also helped keep me entertained while I waited on my bike. Paul did a great job on my bike and helped me understand an issue I thought I might have with a slightly warped brake rotor wasn’t a concern yet. He also noted the last person to have my front wheel off (likely the guy who overhauled my forks) had neglected to properly tighten my pinch bolts holding my front axle in as 3 of the 4 bolts were gone, and of course replaced them. As someone who’s spent decades in sales, I’ve got a keen nose for bullshit. Not only am I good at detecting it, but I also actively look for it any time I’m dealing with someone new. These are really good people in my view. This is my kind of motorcycle shop. I’ll definitely be back.

Repeat customer, ready to buy a new ski, just needed a trade-in range. Spent a week sending photos, VIN, and following up, only to be told they won’t give any numbers unless I drive 45 minutes in person. Total waste of time. I’ve purchased here before, so I reached out again to trade in my current jet ski for a new GP SVHO. I made it clear from the start that I was not asking for a final offer or exact pricing—just a ballpark trade-in range to see if the deal made sense before making the trip in. Sidney asked for photos, VIN, and videos, and told me he’d get back to me in a few minutes. I sent everything right away. Then…nothing. I followed up for days. Each time I was told they were "checking" or "working on it." After a week of back-and-forth, I was finally told they don’t give any figures over text or email and that I’d have to come in person. If that policy had been stated upfront, I wouldn’t have wasted a week providing everything they requested and waiting for an answer that was never going to come. I’ll take my business to another dealer who is more transparent.
