I’ve been servicing my vehicles at Fountain Buick for the past five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team is always professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to providing great service. I especially want to recognize my service advisor, Christie Lenart, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciate her care and attention every single time. I’ve been a customer with Fountain GMC for many years and I’m currently in my 3rd lease. My Terrain broke down so I had to have it towed to Fountain for Service. My roadside assistance was wonderful and seamless. Nestor even took my call because the towing company was unsure how to tow the truck because it would not go into neutral. Once the truck arrived at Fountain Service department I heard nothing. It went in on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning I still hadn’t heard from the service department. So I called but kept getting sent to an Automated system. After leaving a message and reaching out to Brian Garret, Nestor did call me back eventually Friday after that and he assured me the parts were ordered and the repair would be completed soon. I was then told Kelly Miranda was my service advisor. I got a text message and I responded asking for updates and I never heard back from her. After speaking with the receptionist Joanna (who was very helpful) I finally heard from Kelly the following week. I continued to have to call just to get some updates. I was not happy with her communication. Finally Tuesday I spoke with Christine and she was the one who asked the service technician to expedite the service. That same day my truck was ready for pick up and that’s when I finally heard from Kelly. I picked up my truck on Wednesday and everything was fine so I’m happy with the service but the lack of communication was unacceptable. I’ve never had this happen before and I was surprised that she didn’t communicate with me. Having to call multiple people just to get an answer from her was not easy. That being said, I have received multiple calls and texts from Fountain to apologize and fix the situation. I love Fountain GMC and I’ve had great luck with the sales team and finance department. Up until this situation I’ve had a good experience with the service department as well. I just hope in the future the communication is better!
We had a stellar experience- Christie was wonderful- got us in right away in an emergency situation with the transmission that was repaired as well as some scheduled maintenance due and a recall… all completed in the same day!! She even arranged for a Lyft back that the dealership paid for…..Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful they even covered the seats, mats and steering wheel AND when we picked it up they had washed our vehicle:)) You should bring your car or truck to Fountain Buick & GMC for all your needs they are amazing
First time going to Fountain GMC for service. Staff was attentive as soon as I pulled up. Christie the service manager in particular was great, very understanding and able to help accommodate me for a scheduling issue on my behalf. I also received a bumper to bumper report of my truck after the service was complete, I felt very informed of the status of my vehicle. I will be returning for services in the future!
Y una estrella es mucho. ha sido el peor dealer al que he tenido que llevar mi carro (GMC 2024 DENALI 2500)a reparations. El dia 8 de mayo lo tuve que llevar remolcado porque no prendio, estuvo tres días en los cuales nadie responde las llamadas, finalmente la recojo voy a mi casa y al siguiente día cuando voy al trabajo. todas las luces se empiezan a prender y a apagar y nunca pararon, de nuevo para el dealer, dos días más en reparación, pasaron cuatro días y de nuevo para el dealer, igual no contestan al teléfono y si contestan la persona que recibió tu carro y esta encargada del carro, se encuentra ocupada, o ya se fue o en el momento no está, te piden el número del teléfono el e-mail la marca del carro y ect. y que ya te devuelven la llamada. Algo que nunca ocurre. Pedí hablar con el manager y me encontré con la persona más grosera y desagradable, que le queda grande el nombre de Manager, al preguntar por mi carro me responde que tengo que esperar por el repuesto y que se puede demorar hasta seis meses, le pregunto por un carro rentado y me respondió que esos carros son de cortesía para el dealer no para la GM. Cosa que es mentira Pasaron 35 días para que repararan mi camioneta, me dijeron que habían cambiado las baterías y un sensor de la bomba de disel. y eso les tomo casi 45 días y tres llevadas al dealer. y durante ese tiempo estuvo parqueada afuera del taller.
It would be nice if they had washed my car when they completed working on it. Also, for those of us there for the majority of the day, it would be nice to have complimentary sandwiches and drinks in a cafeteria as in other car dealerships. This dealership is huge and there is really no excuse not to have one for clients.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at Fountain Buick GMC on March 8, 2025, where I waited nearly 7 hours for service with no proper updates or communication. I originally scheduled an appointment just for repairs on my power lock and windshield washer fluid motor—issues that had been pending since December 2024 because the dealership took over two months to notify me that the parts had arrived. Instead of just completing the repairs, I was pressured into doing my 60,000-mile maintenance after being told my warranty might not be valid if I didn’t. I was never told about the complimentary ride service, which would have allowed me to go home instead of sitting in the waiting room for nearly seven hours. I only found out about this when I was paying my $1,551.99 bill. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I live close enough that I could have easily been dropped off and picked up. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. My past visits to this dealership have also resulted in long wait times: • December 23, 2024: 2 hours 40 minutes • July 3, 2024: 3 hours 21 minutes • March 8, 2025: 6 hours 47 minutes When I expressed my frustration, the staff mentioned they might offer a single free oil change as compensation. Given the pattern of poor service, that is not enough. I’ve reached out to GMC corporate and will be taking my business elsewhere unless this is resolved properly. If you value honest communication, respect for your time, and fair treatment, I cannot recommend this dealership. Update: since I see Nestor is encouraging me to email him. Fun fact is I’ve already emailed him TWICE!! I emailed him on March 8 and March 17 with no response. This is why I chose to leave the review on Google. See the email screenshots. Sad that two emails didn’t get a response but a Google review has Nestor asking me to email him.
