I couldn’t believe they actually had a motor in stock for a restaurant heat extractor. The price on Amazon was $254 and only $218 in stock at Grainger. The store manager was very helpful and friendly. Even offered to carry it out for me.This is how business was done 25 years ago! Today’s millennials could learn something here!
Review for Grainger store on L B McLoud Road in Orlando Florida. I went to the store with a voucher from my job to get safety boots, when I got there they couldn't find my name in the database. Fabio worked on trying to find the information so I could get the boots. Finally he got the information and I got my boots. He went over and beyond with customer service. He did a great job and I really appreciated it.
I am so exited to visit this store. These guys are so freandly. I was looking for the motor sand Amanda did her best to find it for me. I had the pickup second day and the store was already for 5 minutes closed and manager James opened for me and I helped me out. Most friendly and amazing staff! I appreciate you! We need more people like them in this world
Just want to give a shout out to Mike, Devon, and James over at Grainger Supply - Lee Rd. Appreciate y’all following through and making sure that both parts of the order were available for pickup. All three of these guys dropped what they were doing and were helpful in any and every way possible!
I've shopped here for years, because of its new location, I rarely shop there anymore... as of now, there's no reason to even visit the actual location.!! I went in with a list of common parts in metric sizes, and "surprise" they don't carry in stock anymore what I used to shop there for.??!? I am seeing this more and more with stores no longer carrying things that they deem unnecessary, but with people that have relied on Grainger for those parts.!! No more, they caved and gave in for profit over customer service... Very disappointed.!!
