The solar rep, Rafael, thoroughly explained the solar process. He answered all my questions and provided me with examples and options. I recommend Momentum Solar to anyone looking to improve their home. I find them reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Rafael thank you for the positive experience!

I made the mistake of giving Momentum Solar my phone number, and now they call me every single day. It’s extremely annoying and feels just like a scam operation. Even after asking them multiple times to stop calling, the calls keep coming from different numbers. If you value your privacy and peace of mind, do not share your phone number with them. I can’t comment on their actual solar services because I never got that far — their aggressive marketing completely turned me off. Definitely not a professional or respectful way to treat potential customers.

Since 09/24/2025 I have been awaiting the return of the following email sent to Momentum Solar. On July 26, 2025, after Mr. Rafael’s visit, I signed a contract with Momentum Solar for the installation of solar panels at my home. At that time, I was told the installation would be completed within 3 to 4 weeks. It has now been almost two months, and I haven’t received any updates about the status of the installation. Could you please let me know: 1. The reason for the delay, and 2. An updated estimated date for installation? I’d greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear update in the next few days so I can plan accordingly. As you know, under Florida consumer protection and contract laws, services should be provided within the promised timeframe or within a reasonable period, and keeping customers informed is an important part of that. Given this, and since we are approaching the third month of hiring and have not received any concrete feedback from the company, I am hereby filing this complaint. Lincoln Zub

Your door to door sales force is awful. They have no respect for no soliciting signs. They talk over you to desperately get their same script out. I get two or three a week. I'm going to create a video series of them and post it everywhere. I'm not sending you my address for removal. All you need to do is train your door-to-door sales team to respect a no soliciting sign. I've added another photo and I'll keep adding them.

We were called by Momentum Solar about panels. We were told that because of the big trees on our property we couldn't get solar. After that we get phone call after phone call several times a day. We told them kindly and not so kindly that we were not interested, but they still keep calling. We have documented all these calls and voice mails as proof. They are harassing us on purpose. My wife is not well and these kinds of calls are not helpful to her. I guess we'll have to go up the ladder to get them to stop, maybe an attorney might help us.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, door to door salesman and aggressive tactics that do not respect no soliciting signs. I have 4 big no soliciting signs. They still came to my door and knocked on the door waking up two babies. I asked why they thought it was ok to solicit and disregard the signs and the salesman said "We do not sale $20 gadgets I am not soliciting." Plain rude and unprofessional.

This company has absolutely disgusting sales practices and will never receive my business. Their door to door salesman cornered my wife in the driveway when she got out of the car alone. Our son was audibly banging on our front door and she said she needed to take care of him and the salesman did not care and would not let her leave without setting up an appointment. It’s companies like this that force people to be rude and aggressive to door to door salesman, and for this company I think it’s entirely justified.
