Not a good experience. Drop your car in an uncovered spot and walk quite a distance to the shuttle pick up. Supposedly the shuttle runs every 15 minutes but we waited almost 20 minutes in the heat. No place to sit while waiting. Will only drop at Terminal A..not B or C. Van was old, dirty and worn.
#1. Leaving the keys unacceptable #2. ONLY drops off @ A terminal. If you are going to C good luck being on time for your flight; it is at least a 30 min by foot including the tram ride. #3. Staff is rude over the phone..."YEAH YEAH YEAH" type of behavior. #4. They CAN'T park on B or C because they DON'T WANT to pay the airport for the spot. I can understand you are building a business, but a suppressed client is not coming back. #5. Non-identified vehicle to transport clients. Wondering if they are insured in case of an accident. The rest, I'll leave to your imagination. Never again
When I checked in I advice that the vehicle had change since I made the reservation. "They manually edit to correct on their end as well".When coming back from the trip we waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. After waiting 25 minutes I asked the driver showing him the address of that was the location he was headed to and he said NO! After calling again come to find out that was our ride having us to wait 45 minutes overall. The driver try to argued when he picked us up as I had showed him something different. When we get dropped off to pick our car they couldn’t find our car. Apparently the change that was made on check in was non existing on where we spent another good 45 minutes because they couldn’t find the car. They had to pick us up to go over the parking lot and identify which was our car! After a long flight having to deal with this for 2 hours it’s not it! Won’t return again and won’t recommend.
DO NOT PARK HERE — SkyGate (Formerly Park, Bark & Fly) at MCO is a Total Disaster This is hands down the worst airport parking experience I’ve ever had and I travel often. Every single employee I encountered was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. The shuttle driver who picked me up when I dropped off my car didn’t say a word, just glared and tossed attitude like it was part of the job description. CRITICAL WARNING: Nowhere on their website or signage does it say you’re required to leave your car keys. That’s a major red flag. I only found out after I arrived, with no time to make other arrangements. When I returned from my trip, I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up. Once I got back to the lot, it got worse: nearly two hours of wandering through multiple lots trying to find my car. Employees stood around ignoring customers, refusing to answer questions, and offering zero assistance. It was chaos people were visibly upset, and staff just didn’t care. This place is disorganized, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, your car, or your sanity, do not leave your vehicle here. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car.
Dishonest, Unsafe, and Poorly Managed – Avoid This Place The only good things about Park Bark and Fly are its close proximity to MCO Airport, fair pricing, and the fact that it has a large lot with plenty of parking spots. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Their service is completely dishonest and unreliable. The website claims they provide shuttle service to and from Terminal C — not true. They only serve Terminal A. When I pointed this out to the shuttle driver, he first refused to take us to Terminal C, then suddenly offered to do it for an extra $20 cash "tip" straight to his pocket. That’s just scammy and corrupt behavior. The shuttle service itself is a mess. There’s only one old, beat-up van running, and it can’t handle more than a few passengers with luggage. Expect to wait 20–30 minutes or longer each way. The facility also feels unsafe. Even though they have cameras, there’s no proper system for protecting your car keys — they leave key fobs sitting openly on dashboards and keep cars unlocked until pickup. That’s not just careless, it’s unacceptable. In short, this place is poorly managed, dishonest, and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, no matter how close it is to the airport.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They don't keep track of where they put the cars. I don't know what kind of scam they are running here. I waited after midnight for over an hour and half to get my car back after a 6 hour flight and still had to drive over an hour home. Other people were waiting 2 hours when I got there and some were walking around trying to find their own cars because the workers couldn't find anyone's car and everyone was tired of waiting so long. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. One lady told me they couldn't find her keys. They ask you to leave your keys in the car when you drop it off and then the worker's park it. Big mistake. They don't even keep track of where the cars are and the lot is huge. People were so frustrated they were moving other people's car that were blocking theirs so they can get out. Remember everyone's keys are left in the car so anyone can go into your car. After an hour they brought me the wrong car. They were handing me the keys to someone else's car. ♀️ Another man got his car back with the battery dead because they left his car running the whole time. He was stuck there waiting for a jumpstart. Someone else got their brand new car back with a dent in it. This is the most ghetto business ever. Complete disaster. And in the back it looks like they work on cars where the cars are parked which seemed really sketchy so everyone there was checking their cars for any stolen or missing parts. I can't believe anyone would run a business this way. Please do not trust these people your vehicle! There are way better options in the area that may be a bit farther or a few dollars more but wayyy more professional and quicker to get your car back. At Omni you can park your car yourself and keep your keys with you so you can have peace of mind knowing no one will go into your car while you're gone. And their shuttle is way quicker and more reliable and consistent.
They never showed up to pick us up from airport!! After several calls ignored and the required texting to let them know you are ready, we had to get a taxi to them and basically go break our car out of their lot. There was someone there somewhere with a hot pizza in the office but totally ignored us. DO NOT USE this park.
