i was in there shopping yesterday and NOT ONE employee asked me if i needed any help. i had 2 male employers walk and blow me off to talk to the men that walked up behind me. and several pushed me out of where i was shopping with our saying "Excuse Me" Do you have a problem with female shoppers? because apparently i dont matter to you people when ever im in there looking for things i need for my home. Time for me to go shopping somewhere else. Despicable!

A neighbor accidentally broke my glass French door so I'm replacing it ($1500, ouch). The new door showed up cracked. Luckily their delivery photo proved it was already broken, but, after a few unanswered calls to the pro desk on 2 days, today the pro desk lady was acting like I was somehow inconveniencing *her* because of their mistake. (Hello?) Plus I have to miss another full day of work to watch them pick up the broken door because she said I have to be here &, even though I let her know I work 5 minutes from home, she said they can't give me any estimates, not even on the day of the delivery. Why not? We can get a delivery window on a sandwich or an Uber, why not this? Mostly I just miss the days when people couldn't take their bad moods out on customers. 🙁 I'm not asking for an apology, it's not her fault & she doesn't realize I have to sit here with a black garbage bag on my door for a couple more weeks because of this, but dang, attitude?

Terrible location. They clearly do not have enough employees here. Been standing in a customer service line for several minutes. Phone has been ringing non stop with no one batting an eye lash to it. Nobody really even pays attention to you letting you know they'll be a minute or anything. Worst customer service experience. Much better off at Lowe's or Ace.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with ordering a part for a customer out of any materials supply company. When I went to pick up materials on last day of my only shipping confirmation, it was stated to me by customer service that my in store receiving date was change to 3 days later, without notification via email, or text (regardless what my tracking information stated). When I called the 800 # in tracking email the following day to complain, the rep contacted the store and found the stores receiving department actually received it on the day I showed up to pick up, and that it would be moved to customer service. I went to pick up the part an hour later and a day late, only to be refused by customer service again. Only when manager of department saw my frustration, did they go back to receiving and 20 mins later, arrived with the part I ordered. After 2 trips, rescheduling installations and appointments and a ticked off client, I'm well in the hole on this job. Thanks HD E Colonial

I have been buying from this home depot since 1995.The most knowledgeable staff I ever encountered..Chuck at pro desk is very helpful and He is been there since forever. The staff at plumbing dept knows their trade and can help you with any thing I mean any thing from installing a P trap to redoing your pipes.I have save a ton of money just by doing it myself thanks to all the great people at home depot on Semoran Blvd and 50 in Orlando,Fl.Yes the electrical dept is very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is a old store but Its like visiting a mom and pop store where you can get all the help you need and at the same time have what you need. Also most of the staff has been there since they opened and that says a lot. The rental and phone calls can be improved.Hard to reach any one on the phone

They are incompetent. Made 3 calls they put in hold or hang up. Finally I drove to store while on hold to find out they were not that busy. Spoke to manager no I'm sorry or satisfaction. I will never rent or buy from them ever again. I will just go to Lowes
