Regal and Nautique of Orlando

After getting nothing but the Best and fair priced service from Tyler, he recommended Alex who stayed in touch for a few months and kept us in mind when any price improvements happened on the new boats. Well today, after months of hearing out my questions at all hours of the night we took home a New boat. Couldn’t have had better service and will forever be a customer of this location!

Nautique of Orlando has always been my go to dealership for all of my boat needs! They have the best sales and service departments in all of central Florida! Their sales department was a dream to work with and always had clear and continuous communication and helped me with every step of the buying process. The service department was thorough and explained every item and issue that needed to be fixed. Never pushy or rushing me to make a decision. Everything from start to finish was handled excellently with pure professionalism and class!

Purchased pre-owned 2022 Centurion Ri230 Fall of 2024. Took months to get as there were undisclosed issues with the boat such as gel coat damage, non working thruster, faded upholstery, damaged speaker face, loose panels, non working rear camera and heavily worn gatorstep. A number of Items were eventually addressed but not all of them. This was supposed to be a like new boat w very low hours. Subsequently, the boat was sent missing a number of items such as cooler, speaker covers, etc, and not properly winterized resulting in cracked ram fill valve. Also, numerous wiring issues, including non working lights and the bimini cover w broken zipper so unusable. My local Dealer is helping clear up all these items under warranty but it's a major hassle.

The Nautique service department deserves six stars with my recent warranty work experience that they handled. They were persistent and accommodating in repairing an issue that was intermittent and one that they were often unable to replicate when it came time for them to fix. They made sure the boat worked as expected and worked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Tyler, Scott, Jason, and Shawn were just a few of the great people at Regal and Nautique of Orlando to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

After visiting multiple boat shows in Miami and FLL over 3 years, I finally found the perfect yacht with Nautique and Regal of Orlando at the Orlando Boat show. Even without showing an initial interest and just acting like another non-buyer at the show, Rufino made me and my family feel welcome and personally toured the boat with us. After I expressed initial interest, Rufino never pressured me into anything. He was different than other boat dealers I have dealt with. I even asked him how he compares to Azimut yachts. His response was very appropriate. He wasnt just selling me the boat, he was selling me on his confidence and the Regal brand. The way he did it, now that was intriguing. I did my homework and everything i learned led me to the decision that the Regal 36XO was perfect for our family. The 36XO 's performance is amazing! I compared it to the 38 and 42XO and the extra couple of feet is not worth the higher fuel burn rate when the 36XO checked every box we had for a yacht. Rufino took us on sea trails (well lake trails) and the yacht's performance far exceeded our expectations but there was an unfortunate and unexpected mishap at the end but from my perspective it was ultimately a test to Regal's support and the Regal brand. Something will always happen, before or after you buy so i wasnt upset but I could have totally walked away from the deal if i was looking for an excuse to get out. But i was a serious buyer and Rufino kept me up to date multiple times a day until closing. My previous experience was with a 24' single inboard motor so this was a big step up for me. Rufino took us out and trained us on the boat from launching, retrieving, starting, shutting down, reserving a transient slip, going in and out of the slip, going in and out of a lock, what to do and what not to do, what can be damaged and who to contact for different warranty items, and even how to clean to boat after we used and even grilled on it. Rufino is super humble, real, and supportive and ultimately that is also the same for Nautique and Regal of Orlando. Thank you for putting our yacht search to a stop and helping us get into the water and begin a new chapter of yachting adventures!

No se como empezar pero primero quiero dar muchas gracias a Rufino Cruz y el equipo de Regal Nautiques of Orlando, hace como 2 años atrás empecé el proceso de mirar la marca Regal. Conocí a Rufino y lo consideré como familia y amigo inmediatamente , Rufino me aconsejó el bote correcto para mi familia el cual resultó ser el 26 XO , tenía un problema y el único día disponible para hacer un demo era un domingo el cual es el día de descanso de el y dejo de estar con su familia para dedicarme el tiempo requerido para yo tomar la decisión final de la compra. De ese día tome la decisión correcta de la marca y el dealer , adelantamos 2 años y yo soy dueño de un 2023 Regal 26XO hasta el día de hoy cuando tengo alguna inquietud Rufino es la persona que responde a todas mis preguntas sin importar el día ni la hora y para terminar cuando llevo mi bote a mantenimiento ellos siempre me hacen sentir como familia su servicio al cliente es excelente. Rufino Cruz assisted my wife and me in purchasing our 2023 Regal LX4. Rufino kept us up to date on the delivery and the process for financing and delivery. When the delivery date came, he spent hours with us on the boat going over all of the various tech and accessories. We love the boat, and we love the great service from Rufino!
