We visited on 9/12 and were extremely disappointed with the service from the floor staff. Two male employees were clearly uninterested in helping—ignoring multiple attempts to get their attention with simple questions, despite repeated "hellos" and "excuse mes." The only redeeming part of our visit was the teenage cashier with black hair. She was incredibly helpful and clearly the only one actually working. Despite being overwhelmed and juggling several tasks, she efficiently handled our checkout, assisted with an out-of-stock order, and even reassured the next customer in line that she was doing it all on her own. It’s clear this location would’ve fallen apart without her.

I took the time to be there early in the morning to make some color copies. I was very polite with the gentleman who is working at the business center, doesn’t even have a name tag so I don’t know his name. Terrible attitude towards the customers.i wanted to make just color copies, noting complicated. He shouldn’t be working there. For employees like Him is the reason you are closing your stores. Please train him on customer service he can do much better. I rather drive live 20 more minutes to a fedex store and being treat with respect rather than staring my day like happened to me last week at the store.

Extremely disturbing experience at this Staples. The intercom had just announced there were 5 minutes left before closing when an employee came up to me seconds later and aggressively tried to push me to either purchase something or leave. His hostile energy and the look in his eyes made me feel genuinely unsafe. Plus, I was in the back of the store by the boards, away from others & employees, which made the whole encounter feel even more unsettling and dangerous.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service received from Kathleen at the Amazon Returns section. She left her station abruptly without saying a word and walked out as if no customers were present. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for handling returns.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Terrible service at Staples I asked the employee to please scan my documents inside, and he rudely refused, saying he wouldn’t scan "so many papers." I had to ask twice for help, and he was completely unhelpful. The self-service scanner charged me $51 for only 25–30 pages. Thanks to his attitude, I ended up losing my money. Totally unacceptable service.

The guy at the business center in the morning has the worst actitud. He gets mad if you ask him to print or laminate. He said he is very busy !! If you can go to other place you better do it !! Not a good place to start your day

Had a great checkout experience at Staples. I went in to buy printer ink and was able to find it pretty easily. While I was in line, the customer ahead of me needed help finding another item, and the cashier kindly asked if I’d mind waiting. I wasn’t in a rush, so I didn’t mind at all. When it was my turn, the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program to earn points for future purchases. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and I even got a calendar for free using the points. I wish I could remember the cashier’s name—he was great. Hopefully I’ll be able to get it on my next visit and update this review. Definitely a quality hire by Staples. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I’ll be heading back there for our office needs from now on.
