Huge thanks to Audrey and Alberto at Home Depot! Super helpful, friendly, and made my visit quick and easy. Really appreciated the great service!
Great selection and helpful staff, but the lines can get long during weekends. I came for supplies and found everything I needed right away. One employee even walked me to the aisle and gave solid advice on what would work best for my project. Wish checkout moved faster though!
Only 1 cashier available with 8 people in line , yes there are people behind me… It’s Tuesday, June 10th, 11:45am. They are pushing hard for self service. Be patient. My patience ran out, I left everything there and walked out.
Today I called this home depot 3 times to ask questions about a tool rental I made. The first time I was switched back and forth between tool rental and customer service several times then disconnected. Call lasted 3 min. I called back, the same thing happened but after 9 mins a lady in tool rental picked up the call, played the receiver down and I listened to her help 3 customers while I waited. She never addressed me personally in any way. Then she just hung up the phone. That call lasted 19 minutes. I called back again. Again went back and forth until customer service told me they were getting a manager. After he finally came on, it took only a few minutes to help me but by that time I had been on the call another 12 mins. Every other home depot store I called has answered and spoken to me in less than 2 min. This is obviously a store issue. Unfortunately this not a store I recommend doing business with.
I can’t say enough about how amazing Sean Levine and his team are! I had a super crazy day with some tiles I bought there and they really went above and beyond to help me figure everything out. I purchased tiles that were on clearance for an amazing price at two other home depot locations. I rented a Home Depot box truck to pick them up but when we got them home we discovered that about 75% of the tiles were broken. Sean’s location had enough stock of it and kindly agreed to exchange it. The whole thing took hours and at the end of it, I was so tired and the tiles were so heavy I realized I’d never be able to unload them to my 3rd story apartment. Sean, angel that he is, found a way to arrange for not just the tiles but a whole slew of other materials (about $3k worth) to be delivered to my apartments threshold. I haven’t felt so well taken care by a store in so long. Sean and the entire team were so friendly and knowledgeable and just plain kind. I will be using this home depot from now on, even though it’s 20 mins away, just because the people are so good.
Having someone to help you in this store is so hard. I literally see workers especially kids going out of their way to avoid The customers. I asked for help in a department and I was told that someone was coming as the guy kept standing there and did nothing. I asked someone by the pro area and she called on the speaker, I went back by my section and waited for 18 minutes, went out to ask someone again and this guy went out of his way to avoid me . I left my cart with my ac unit and the wood board and left. This is very common in this store. I should know better. I recommend Lowes by alafaya.
tengo más de 30 minutos esperando en el pasillo. 8 para que puedan venderme una alfombra y nadie se acerca a pesar de qué llaman a las personas por el Radio diciendo que necesitan asistencia en el pasillo al final me voy nadie puede asistirme .
