If you trying to color match your paint, make sure to aks for Denise! She’s super helpful and was able to fix my paint. Been trying to color match a huge area of my wall twice but the color was completely diffrent, called Ace and ask if they can fix the color and so happy that Denise was the one that help us. You can see the before was completely diffrent color, the after was so much better, you can see color diffrent from camera, but I cant really see the diffrent on the wall. So happy that we don’t have to paint the whole wall!

Convenient, Clean, Well Stocked, Friendly staff is what we look for right? Well, if you visit Tooles Ace Hardware you will find that. I was looking for somewhat of specialty products and did find all I was looking for. Thank you for being there!

The BEST Ace I have been to so far. Extremely helpful, like above and beyond helpful. The cashier (Alex?) had someone meet me in every aisle I was going to, to help me with what I was looking for and was extremely patient as I kept forgetting things. They didn't seem to mind at all and were extremely kind. Everyone was very knowledgeable, very quick, and I found exactly what I needed and more.

Biggest ace hardware store i have visited and the staff was atrocious, no one cared to help and when they heard the displeasure in my voice they all ran away and ignored me. I'm not used to this type of service from ace seeing in how I shop regularly for Handyman work. Well I will make sure to steer clear of this place in the future. All you handy men, plumber's, electricians stay away from the poor service here, what a shame for the Ace name.

Store manager Michael is a top shelf guy. Helped me out with my broken car keys despite some trial and error. Always had solid service here.

Rented a carpet cleaning machine yesterday and returned it today. Excellent customer service from Gavin. Everytime I go to this place, I find what I need and the store staff is always super helpful and friendly. I dealt with Veronica yesterday and I have received excellent service from Nick in the past. Skip the big box store and get the same thing at the same price with awesome service and attention to details.

I like Ace, it is closer to my house and easier to find assiatance. It is smaller so not quite the selection of products, but usually has what i need for the job.
