V&D Electric Bikes

There is no actual store. We drove a half hour, to discover the random office building their address led to, had no signage or marking for this business whatsoever. I called twice, and was finally told over an audible house full of kids to make an appointment. I mention coming back, the next day, and I was told to wait till Wednesday. Nowhere on the business site does it mention being "appointment only." If you're booked out for multiple days, why would you leave that entirely necessary step, completely off of your website? Leaving it incredibly suspicious that none of the other rave reviews for this business mention anything about this issue, either. If you're going to have an online business, leave it strictly online. Don't even pretend to be brick-and-mortar, or you'll risk having the rest of your accomplishments deemed untrustworthy. If you're a considering being patron, I'd be at best extremely skeptical of purchasing from them.

Well made and comfortable to ride. I've owned the Scoot E-4 for a while now and I love it! It has plenty of acceleration. This thing is a tank, very very well made and sturdy, you can tell this bike will last awhile. The light is very bright and has a great digital display. The front and rear suspension drastically improves ride comfort and the charge time is exceptional even though the battery is huge. I highly recommend.

I am the owner of 2 V&D electric scooters since 2017. My first scooter was the m1. I put approximately 600 miles on it within the first year. I bought my second one in late 2018; an M4. They are both superior quality and give me more enjoyment than anything I have purchased in my adult life. The level of service is second to none. I cannot recommend these scooters enough as primary transportation in an urban setting, for your boat, plane, or just a fun weekend vehicle. They are a blast! If you are considering buying an electric scooter, V&D Electric is a quality product backed by impeccable service. I highly recommend them.

Google Maps led me to a closed office building. When I called after arrival, the guy told me I needed to make an appointment. I told him he should have that listed on his website. I drove about a half an hour through rain to learn this. It doesn’t seem like a legitimate business.

Do not go here! I believe this may be a fake or non-operational business. We were looking for a scooter store and found V&D on Google Maps. The photos looked promising, and the reviews were positive, so we drove 75 miles to check it out. Unfortunately, this is not an actual store. The listed address led us to an office building. We went to Suite 300, but no one there had heard of V&D. After digging deeper, we noticed that the Google listing says "appointments only," even though their hours are listed as 8 AM to 5 PM daily. Their website makes no mention of the appointment requirement. I also called and left a message, but it’s been four days with no response. Everything about this place feels either fake or out of business — we have no idea which.

Left a message and tried to call three times with no answer to confirm location. Website said they were open 9-5 on sundays, we drove to the address listed on the website.There is no actual store.

I love my Scoot E3, it's super easy to ride and perfect for when I'm on campuses and trails, and has different speeds and modes depending on what you're looking for. Thanks V&D Electric Bikes!
