Scam and Worst Service Ever Today I tried to switch my phone plan from AT&T to Verizon. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, only to end up with nothing. The store manager had an extremely rude attitude. The monthly plan was supposed to be $60, but the customer service rep initially quoted me $100, claiming there were extra fees for starting a new account. I pointed out that when I switched to T-Mobile, I didn’t have to pay those kinds of fees, and in the end, they only charged me $64. It was completely unreasonable. They had no consistency or integrity—just trying to scam money from customers. Even so, I was still willing to wait patiently for 1.5 hours, yet I didn’t receive a single apology for the delay or confusion. I became frustrated and asked for a refund. At first, the manager said the money couldn’t be refunded, but after 15 minutes of me being clearly upset, he finally issued a refund. I kept the receipt as proof. Absolutely terrible experience. Dishonest pricing and awful customer service. I strongly do not recommend this location.

Everything about my experience at this Verizon store was pleasant today. There was a very short wait time for a Saturday afternoon. Donald made sure to tell us about all of our options moving forward with my phone. I never once felt overwhelmed or pressured to buy a phone I did not want. He was a little shocked that I wanted the bright green version of the Google Pixel, but he didn't judge : )

We recently got new phones, which is amazing BUT setting them up wasn't as easy as they promised. Unfortunately we couldn't do it ourselves so we took them to this location. We were greeted by Val. She was very helpful. The only problem for her was we were promised to have our phones switched over for free. But that was incorrect information and we would be charged.($30?) each phone. Not cool!!! We sat down with Donald & he was AMAZING!!! He was very helpful & patient. Your company is VERY lucky to have someone like him.

Walked in very apprehensive with a three year old phone, literally falling apart. Walked out happy because of the exceptional customer service from Mike and Daren. I feel I walked out with a great phone, for an even better deal, with insurance coverages I didn't know I needed and I'm happy to have it all.

I am writing this review to warn others about the unbelievably poor customer service I received from Verizon. My recent interaction with their support team was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, and it has led me to cancel my service. On 9/19/25, I visited Verizon customer service to discuss my preordered device. This representative I was connected with, this associate was immediately dismissive and condescending. They spoke over me, refused to listen to the details of my problem, and offered no real solutions. The conversation was not only unhelpful but also incredibly disrespectful. The representative's tone was hostile and they made it clear they had no interest in assisting me. At one point, their comments became so unprofessional that they were borderline racist. This is completely unacceptable and a severe violation of professional conduct. It's one thing to be frustrated with a customer; it's another entirely to resort to such offensive and prejudiced behavior. I attempted to escalate the issue, but the representative was uncooperative and seemingly took pleasure in making the process as difficult as possible. The lack of empathy and basic human decency was truly shocking. This experience has made it clear that Verizon does not value its customers or their armed forces veterans. The company's customer service is a reflection of its values, and if my experience is any indication, those values are sorely lacking. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and after this incident, I am taking my business elsewhere and advising everyone I know to do the same. Save yourself the frustration and disrespect. Find a company that actually cares about its customers and provides competent, professional support.
