The greater at the front of the store was very nice and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. We found what we were looking for (attending fans) but unfortunately were very disappointed with the display. They seem to only offer Dyson fans however none of them are plugged in so we couldn't test any of them. These fans ranged in price from $300 to $750. For this offering I'd expect to be able to at least see how well they work.

These people don't even have knowledge of the products they are selling/installing. I drove here from Sedalia, dropped my car off, and received a call 2 hours later saying they couldn't install the remote start, that I had called and asked questions to verify that the remote start was compatible with my vehicle. I was told yes, it was compatible, prior to purchase and scheduling the appointment. Very frustrating and a total waste of time and gas. I definitely don't recommend them for remote start installation. They then said they would refund my money, so I decided I wanted to buy a pair of Sonos surround speakers and a pair of stands. The refund took too long to return to the card and caused me to spend an additional $80, because the slow refund caused me to miss the sale price. Cutting up the card, paying the speakers off and never returning to Best Buy again.

Maxwell (in the laptop dept.) was super helpful and friendly today. Made my purchase easy, fast and fun. I would leave him an excellent review via the receipt QR code but I’m not interested in downloading the Best Buy app to do so. I hope the store manager sees this regardless. Excellent customer service.

We had a great experience at Best Buy!! We are relocating from Wichita, Kansas to Olathe Kansas, and therefore needed a whole house full of TV’s….we bought 3!! Shack in the Tv/Elec area of the store was Very Knowledgable and helped steer us in all the right directions!! Thank you Best Buy & Shack

I have a complaint regarding my recent order. I originally ordered a 65-inch TV and provided all my correct information, including my address and phone number. However, when I canceled the 65-inch and upgraded to a 75-inch TV, the Best Buy representative changed my address but failed to add my phone number. On the day of delivery, the delivery team got lost and was unable to reach me because my phone number was missing from the order details. This TV was intended as a birthday gift, making the situation even more disappointing. I have contacted Best Buy eight times, but I’ve had difficulty communicating effectively due to language barriers with some representatives, which has prevented my issue from being properly understood and resolved. When I finally spoke to the Best Buy delivery department, they informed me that the TV will not be redelivered until my phone number is added to the order. Although they said they have contacted the main office, their only method of communication is email, which is frustratingly slow. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. And there still hasn’t been any resolution as I leave this review
