Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sarah is rude and acts like you are bothering her anytime you call to spend money with them. My company is forced to do business here with contracts that we have with our suppliers so I have no choice. The owner is nice and helpful but Sarah is usually the only one there to answer the phone so you get the worst service possible. Sarah needs to understand that she is not the only one overworked and shorthanded and that is no reason to take it out on a customer. We are all just trying to do our job and keep our customers up and running. Delays from suppliers hurt all of us including Interstate Batteries when we cannot sell their products in a timely manner. Keep up the poor customer service and she won't have anyone bothering her anymore as you will loose all of your customers. If I had a choice, I would buy somewhere else.

I have bad experience on this store the costumer service is bad actitud I buy battery on the first day no working good and every morning I put charge because no working and I go buyer new on auto zone and bring the battery for take me money and say no refund how is possible if no bring me money the material use is really bad and she say is only two things or take a new o take other one how

Terrible customer service ever since the original owners sold a few years ago. Sarah has the worst customer service of anyone I’ve ever met. She loves to hang up on customers and call us liars.

your driver almost hit me today (august 23) while he was speeding past Walmart in Manhattan Kansas at around 1140. He should be reprimanded because he's gonna get someone killed while representing your company

Sadly, the poorest service around. Sarah, in my opinion you sure could use a lesson or two in CS & Sales. Rude, argumentative, & condescending are the words I would use describe how we have been treated over and over again. Having trashed two of us & waisted our time in a single day I don’t have any reservations about this review. As Long time account holders: we learned that our pricing is just above what we are NOW PAYING ON AMAZON & Amazon delivers to our door….we really don’t like using AMZ as we try to keep the money local… but, the franchisee who owns this Interstate Batteries store/distribution hub is outta of Texas anyway so it’s not really that big of a deal… wharehouse workers and drivers for AMZ are local folks… When I explained that I could order the batts online, Sarah told me "go ahead, that’s fine". We are redesigning our battery tray for a battery that is not interstate. I will probably never purchase interstate batts again after the continued / needless attitude we have gotten from this place… why would I when the local Dist presents this way?.

Great customer service, especially during a busy time of the year. I bought a battery from a shop who no longer was able to keep the contract with them. My battery went bad after a few years. Not knowing where to go I called them, since it was their batter. I took it in and they kept it for a 24 hour period to test it, and honored the warranty and gave me a new one. They even gave me a loaner battery until they were finished testing. No run around or anything. Thank you for your great service and being an honorable company!

I wish I would have gotten the ladies name who helped me. Awesome service. I called and asked about two batteries and without her knowing I was going to come purchase. She had them ready to go when I got there. Great service even with the pandemic.
