Staples Overland Park KS Good supply or parking. Handicap parking and handicap accessible doors. Exterior looked good. The interior was well lit. Plenty of stock on the shelves. This location is also a drop off for Amazon returns. The staff: assistant manager and person at cashier were super friendly and helpful. I can only give this location a max of 4 stars because every shelf I checked was dirty and the carpet is dirty. The shelves is a simple fix , when you get new stock and you rotate the stock clean that area of the shelf. The carpet is a larger issue. I have done work with major chains through the years and while is cost a large amount to buy and lay the carpet the budget to clean the carpet many times is so low the store can not clean it. People want a clean location.

That was easy! I went to Staples for TSA PreCheck as the place I was directed to on the TSA website (Test Smartly) had a downed system for a week and couldn't do anything. Staples has the very best employee, Aaron. He made the process enjoyable and fast. He was excellent at making sure every person in line was acknowledged and welcomed. Just go to Staples for TSA PreCheck. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Seriously a really great experience!

I stopped by this Staples location to have something printed and laminated, and Megan — the manager of Printing and Marketing — was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, kind, and made me feel like a priority from start to finish. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate her excellent service and will definitely be back!

I just want to say "Thank you!" and what a great job Tina (Cashier #3008590) did when I brought in toner ink to be recycled. My husband usually takes care of office supply purchasing and recycling for our home business, and I was unclear regarding the process for recycling ink. Tina was extremely patient and took the time to explain the process step by step, and showed me on the receipt how many points were accumulated in our account and the corresponding dollar value. Thank you SO much, Tina, for your excellent customer service! I can see why my husband prefers coming to Staples for all his business needs!

Staples (W. 135th, Overland Park - #1847) is a beautifully constructed store with many eye catching displays featuring a wide variety of office products. Shirley, the store manager, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and vivacious. The lady in charge of the print center was extremely patient and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Had to stop in to exchange a wrong size printer cartridge and the whole transaction went very quickly and smoothly. No troubles at all. The cashier was very pleasant and someone working the floor was helpful in finding the replacement item we needed

Turns out that ordering a desk chair on-line was not a good idea. We returned because the seat wasn’t cushiony. When we went into Staples, they must have had 20 chairs to try and they had just the right one for my wife Alice - who has hip issues. The cushion on the Rutherford Manager chair had the right feel and she likes the tilt and tilt lock features. It is easy to set chair height too.
