Will was amazing to work with. Made the transfer process between phones quick and easy!! After spending hours on the phone with Verizon trying to troubleshoot, we spent 15 minutes with Will and the job was done. Highly recommend this store.

Will was awesome! He helped me get a new phone for my son. He also helped me set up some things that didn’t get set up when I got my new phone a couple of months ago. Will is extremely customer service oriented. He’s friendly, fun and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Shout out to Will, he provided excellent service at the Bluhawk location. Got an order cancelled due to a back ordered phone and got me set up with a better deal in the end. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with a mobile phone store.

I had the pleasure of working with an absolute gem. Chelsie works with me at the Leawood store on 119th & Nall most often and today, but let me know that she sometimes work at the Overland Park store as well. She was able to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone answer all of my questions and submitted my trade-in for me in store today. She was very knowledgeable and in excellent companion during it at all. She even recommended a couple of places for me and my wife to go to after our visit since we are heading out of town here soon. If possible, she deserves a raise make sure you’re paying her what she’s worth!!

Corbin was very informative and quick to answer my account/phone questions. He installed a new screen protector in record speed. Thanks for the excellent job. We’ll be back when we need to purchase a new phone.

Although I was extremely disappointed in the lack of this stores customer service in the fall and the incredibly frustrating process with Verizon on the phone within the store, I have to give praise to Savannah who patiently and capably assisted me for FOUR hours of support. She had positive energy and kindness and excellent communication skills! Thank you, Savannah!

Chelsie was absolutely amazing! I came in just looking to upgrade my phone, and she ended up helping me walk out with a brand new phone, tablet, and smartwatch — all thanks to Verizon’s BMSM promotion. She explained everything clearly, made sure I got the best deal possible, and even helped set up all my devices before I left. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!
