Isaac is a very friendly manager, who is always happy to help. I keep a unit with my cleaning supplies in it. The staff is professional and the place is clean. I recently also got a unit for my daughter and we are very satisfied as renters. I totally recommend Trojan Storage in Oxnard, CA.
one of the best customer service i’ve ever experienced was when i was met with isaac! he was professional and helpful through the whole process, gave me a water to stay hydrated while i move in my new storage ! 10000% coming only here for any storage needs!

Javier was amazing! Super knowledgeable, had answers to every question I had. Very friendly and helpful. He helped us reserve our storage unit for the following week and we made sure he would be here so we could pay for it with him directly. Would highly recommend. 5 Stars!
