I’m updating my review 10 months later to say how great this battery is! It’s been working really well, much better than a new battery I bought for my other EOS for x3 the amount of money. I left my house for more than a month and the car still started without no issues when I came back. Def recommend ! I just had a battery delivered from them and they were absolutely wonderful! . They were so helpful over the phone, so patient allowed me to complete the transaction over the phone so the driver can come pick it up for me They were so nice and so professional I have nothing but the kindest words to say about them (Alex was the one who helped me out). I just had the battery installed so I can’t testify to the quality, but I can say that I kept my lights on by mistake for quite a while and the battery still worked so it seems to hold a very good charge. I bought a refurbished battery for $40 but even the new ones that are $90 are super fairly priced. Thanks again, Alex! Highly recommend!

The Red Batteries Last A Year If That, buy name brand instead ac delco, interstate, or original equipment. the rebuilt batteries are probably better than the red off brand.

I went to KEM this morning right as they opened. I needed a replacement battery for my Nissan Sentra. I paid for and received my battery and was told I have a 6- month warranty. I went to my car and installed the battery. My car won't start. So, I called him and asked him if he gave me the right battery and he told me something is wrong with my car and hung up on me. Funny thing is, nothing was wrong with my car before the battery went dead. So, something shady is going on with this place. Why would you hang up on a customer trying to figure the issue and why wouldn't you try to troubleshoot the problem? Very disrespectful over the phone.

I called this place to get a price on a battery. The first gentleman that answer the phone was ok. Until the second gentleman answer the phone and he was rude.

Brought in my old dead battery of 5 years for a another one. Fair price considering it new with 1 year warranty. Answered all my questions suggested installing tips. (Pic of new battery installed) Thank you
