Amazingly helpful and fast service, bought a handheld hand held jump start kit. Staff even charged it up before I got to the store after I paid for it over the phone, then demonstrated all its cool features. Great to carry in the car in case I need a jump start again.

I love this AutoZone!! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even with my 4X4 builds that are a mix of different vehicles even if I’m building one off contraption they usually have what I need to get it done lol. I even get parts for my bikes and several different tools there. They always have what I need and by the off chance they don’t they can get it in short order. Autozone on Skyway in Paradise is my go to auto parts store. Has been for a several years and will continue to be my go to for years to come.

For the third time the employee named Jeff is refusing to honor the lifetime guarantee for my duralast gold brakes. I now have to wait for a manager to come to honor my purchase guarantee. Despite the two previous times a manager has had to handle this issue, Jeff still refuses to honor this guarantee. If this doesn't get addressed I will be calling a lawyer.

Hands down best customer service I’ve had in quite awhile. Very knowledgeable about products and troubleshooting issues. Will definitely be my store for automotive needs.
