AMLI Old Pasadena

I’ve been living at AMLI for the last three years and I absolutely love it here. It’s been the place I’ve called home without a thought. The leasing office team is fabulous, the property is always so clean and my neighbors are very friendly. I feel very safe and well taken care of here. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex here in California. I will always choose AMLI.

I had such a wonderful experience touring this apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable by Bianca. Bianca was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She really took the time to explain the features, amenities, and surrounding neighborhood, which made the whole process stress-free. The apartment itself was even better in person than in photos. I especially appreciated how the tour was organized—nothing felt rushed. Overall, the tour left me feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here in the future. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with Bianca if you’re considering this property—you’ll be impressed!

Terrible experience with this lease management company. The security guard, Jonathan, told some random visitors to park on the resident parking level, and they ended up taking our assigned spot. What’s the point of paying for parking if it’s not enforced? On top of that, the disability parking spots are constantly occupied by cars with no visible permit, and security does absolutely nothing about it. It’s incredibly disrespectful and creates real issues for residents who actually need those spaces. Overall, there’s a clear lack of enforcement, accountability, and concern for tenant rights. Management needs to step up and take these problems seriously.

I have been living at the AMLI since July 2023 and absolutely love it here. Bianca was the leasing agent who toured me around the apartment and I fell in love with her infectious personality as I fell in love with the complex. The amenities, especially the pool are top notch. If I ever have an issue I am always to take to Bianca and she will help me right away. Gracie recently joined the complex and has been an amazing addition to the property. As someone who works from home, it’s good to live somewhere that’s luxurious and fun and the staff make you feel like family. Thanks Bianca, Gracie and the AMLI for making my time here so enjoyable!

By far the best housing I've ever lived in, period! I cannot say enough good things about AMLI Old Pas: One thing I love is that a lot of the leasing and maintenance staff live here as well, so we are all part of the same community. They respond promptly to maintenance requests, and the property is immaculately kept and constantly being improved/updated. Everyone knows the staff by first name. Another highlight is the international diversity of the general community here. Really nice to see a mix of people from all around the world, from young college students to families with kids to retirees. Special shoutout to Bianca and Rudy for their amazing work. They truly are huge contributors to our community and always make us feel taken care of. I never want to move from here!!

I love the staff and community at AMLI. I look forward to seeing the monthly activities and pet of the month! The office and staff are always attentive to any problem we may come across. It is always a great feeling seeing familiar faces such as Rudy and many others! Being here a while we have come across some minor problems but Rudy has always been quick to resolve them and communicates with us every step of the way. Walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Love the old town Pasadena nightlife!

I’ve had a great experience with the entire team at AMLI Pasadena, but I want to take a moment to highlight Bianca in the Leasing Office. She is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. No matter the issue, Bianca meets it with a smile and a solution. Her professionalism and positive energy make a big difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents.
