I don't know why, no one paid attention to the machine. Obviously, a group of clerks gathered together to chat. Even if you find them and make it clear that you want to pay for the purchase, no one will pay attention to you.

我一直在这个店购买商品。之前iPad坏掉了,有保险免费修理,服务态度超棒,这次买了手表,自己连了好多次总是被卡,预约时间到店,很快解决,很感谢这位帅哥,因为我的英语不好,他用手机一点点帮助我,年龄不大,很有耐心,非常周到,但是名字忘了,卷卷的头发很可爱。脸上还有痘痘贴,没有不耐烦,一直认真的解决,所以我一定要在这里再次感谢!

Customer service here used to be excellent. Now it's wretched. Nothing wrong with your product? They tell you to buy a new one. Something that costs Apple Store Pasadena $500 to fix? They do it for free at Alice Computers. They won't even try to figure out what is wrong with your Apple product at the Pasadena store. No help offered, even if what you brought to show them is brand new. The worst part about this store is they don't make you feel valued. You get the sense that they are trying to take advantage of the customers. Today I brought in my charger cable. Guy at the genius bar wouldn't even look at it. They just stick with their old, tired script of "get a new one." Even though they have the ability to help. I'm starting to wonder if they just don't know what they're doing anymore at the Apple Pasadena store.

Super amazing experience. Stephen the manager, and Michelle took great care of me! I needed help and didn’t understand much about tech but Michelle broke things down for me ik a way that did not make me feel stupid and everyone is completely super friendly and nice! Highly recommend this Apple Store over any other one. Great service!!!

The short gentleman with glasses and curly hair kept redirecting me to purchase an iPhone case online. When I asked him to confirm whether or not they get shipments daily, which is what I was told by another employee, his response was "I told you to purchase online, I dont know what else you want me to do". This kind of customer service doesnt align with the standard ive experienced in past visits to the apple store. I hope apple looks into getting this employee some training and maybe even therapy so they can come to work prepared to assist customers in a professional manner without a confrontational attitude.

Do not come to this store if you need to fix your iPhone. I had an appointment booked and the staff told me they have no capacity to fix it at the moment. They told me to come back the next day and guaranteed I can skip directly to the first in line if I come in the next day. I came in the next day, and they told me the same thing again, that they have no capacity. The customer service at this store is a joke. Will not be coming back to this store again.

This Pasadena store in old town recently failed to help fix my new phone, causing me a great deal of stress as I moved my youngest daughter across the country to college. Pasadena staff tested the phone and told me that it was damaged but that they had "fixed" it.They wouldn’t replace the phone. After leaving the Pasadena store, I had no cell service on the phone for the next two weeks. The Pasadena Store continued to tell me that it was the carrier’s problem that I didn’t have service. The carrier told me that they could not activate the phone because the hardware was damaged and that Apple needed to fix it. I had no cell service while in NYC trying to move my daughter into school which made things very difficult. I could not call or text or use the map app as I tried to navigate NYC with my daughter. Then we found an Apple Store in Manhattan on Prince Street. The staff there was amazing. They diagnosed my phone and found damage on the hardware - just like the carrier had said -and they actually fixed it. They were kind and patient and thorough. They even made sure to activate the phone in the store to make sure it was working before I left. Thank you Apple NYC for actually fixing my phone and making me a satisfied Apple customer once more!
