Best place for storage in Pasadena. All of the units are ground level and you can pull your car right up to them, it makes moving and storage so easy. Always clean, secure and someone available to answer your questions. We worked with Danny and he is AMAZING, so helpful and what a nice person. All of the staff we've met are great and very knowledgeable.

I am so pleased with the service at Pouch Storage! It is the first time I’ve had to utilize a storage facility. The initial contact with the manager Robert was excellent! He was very informative. Then there was Danny! He represents what customer service is all about! He has a great, positive attitude, very helpful & just good energy all around! I’m glad I chose them for my storage needs.

Swung by Pasadena Self Storage as I was looking for a storage unit. I had literally just had a bad experience with another company asking for my personal information in order to swing me towards a commitment before even seeing a unit. The experience at Pasadena Self Storage was the complete opposite. I walked in to the office and Danny greeted me immediately without any pressure. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight out to check out the units. He laid out the pricing clearly and let me decide what I wanted. And to top it off, he had some insights which were perfect and landed me in a better fitting unit than even I expected. Lily, Tulsi, Danny, and Robert keep the facilities immaculate and safe, the paperwork straightforward, and each offer their own warm, unique brand of customer service. The staff (the people!) make it easy to store with Pouch. Whatever I have needed, they’ve provided mindfully and even sometimes intuitively. Can you believe! A dream (: With consistent and fair prices for the units themselves, while I hope I won’t always need storage, I hope Pouch is always available because they’re the only storage facility that makes sense (by saving me dollars) - with a generous serving of sweetness, too

Pasadena Self Storage is the best! The staff is very kind and helpful. Danny went above and beyond helping me with my storage unit. The process was so smooth and the security is top notch.

My family has "STORED" here for over 30 years. We have been doing business with Pouch Pasadena for more than any other unit there. Decades! They’ve always served us courteously, respectfully and professionally. Today, 5/28/25 from our end- we had an issue with accessing our unit. My brother and I forgot the code. Danny, Their associate that served us in the office today was super helpful, accommodating and patient . Providing us with excellent customer care while maintaining the security guidelines the company has in place to protect the consumer. This is important to us because it demonstrates the ethic Pouch has in protecting our unit. It’s a good thing that they won’t allow anyone to access the unit unless they’re granted that by original account holder and that they also have knowledge of the access code. Danny went above and beyond to accommodate us as best as possible without compromising the security of my mother’s unit. We left today with the best customer service experience , thanks to this young man. Appreciate him and Pouch Pasadena.

Pasadena Self Storage is a very convenient location and the facility is clean and well maintained. The team members are always so friendly and helpful. I have used this facility many times over the years and would definitely recommend this place!!!!
