I have two dispensaries I go to. This is one of the ones I always go to. I order online so my order is always ready when I get there. I love how I'm practically in and out. I had such a great experience at Rise Pasadena the other day! Steven was super helpful and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and patient, which made the process easy and stress-free. When it came time to check out, Tony helped me at the register. He was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made the whole experience. Highly recommend Rise Pasadena for anyone looking for great product.

Steven is amazing! Every day I go in and he’s there I leave with a smile. Always friendly and very helpful! Constantly smiling and not afraid to have a conversation! Asks how my day was, suggests strains and other products , and always wishes me a good day. If I was in charge I’d give him a raise!!!

Liz was so nice and super helpful last night! She helped me with exactly what I needed and even recommended some great edibles — they were really good. She was patient, sweet, and made my night. I almost bought more just because of how kind and professional she was! She even helped me set up an account so I can get the best deals. I definitely walked out with a great deal Thank you, Liz! I truly hope she’s doing well — she deserves it.

My first time here and I was directed to a kiosk. Just like at McDonalds. If you have questions or want some suggestions, there is no one to ask. I came here for a specific product that my regular locations was out of, so it worked. But I prefer to be able to ask questions and get some input for other options. I was going to buy some vape items, but for that I wanted some suggestions. And since this is just kiosks and cashiers, I skipped that. This location is just a vending machine without customer service.

I just wanted to say that I was having the worst day. Until… I went to Rise. It was absolutely the staff that turned it around. They were 100%knowledgeable about every single product in the store. The 4 employees I have to give a shout out and some love for just going above and beyond for the love of their job. Almost unheard of these days! I hope whoever is in charge reads this review because Diana,Marcus,Karelia, and of course the man Anthony who is my rock star of customer service!

Have heard about multiple negative experiences here from international travellers. They don’t accept foreign ID, must have a physical passport to scan. Unfortunately staff didn’t handle it well and we were turned away, couldn’t even have a look at the shop without being ushered out by staff. Have travelled to lots of dispensaries in different places and have never had this negative experience. The situation could have been handled better.
