I went into the store today utterly frustrated and near tears and Jennifer was God sent. She was so understanding and informative. Her patience with me while helping her fellow co workers was top tier. I left feeling so much better and with my phone fixed. I would come back every single time to have Jennifer help me. Best experience I've had at any Verizon store and I have been a customer for 7 years.
I took my 80 year old mother to this location today to get a long awaited new phone. We were the only ones in the store and had the most horrific and almost dangerous experience. Antwone was the only employee in the story. He couldn’t be bothered to look up from his screen, barely looked at us and was immediately rude to my elderly mother. She had to ask him several times to speak up and talk above a whisper. Any time we asked a question he was clearly put out and aggressive. Then, after refusing to help with an issue we were having with a devise- he became so insecure about his lack of experience he yelled at us and kicked us out of the store. Screaming the letters of his name as we left. We were terrified and worried about what he would do next. My 80 year old mother was in tears. I’ve asked to talk to a manager and have not heard from anyone. Antwone should be be allow to face customers- he’s aggressive and wildly short tempered.
My wife decided to switch to Verizon and get a hotspot after discovering her office has poor Tmobile service and weak WiFi (provided by building owner). Also because there is a Verizon tower in the parking lot, lol. We had a total of three visits. All three times Ashely worked patiently while we decided on the plan and hardware. Extra thanks to her. The only bummer was just two days after switching to Verizon, they had a large Southern California outage that lasted better part of the Saturday.
Showed up in the afternoon and signed the check-in board but they assisted another family that arrived after. Say patiently for about 30 minutes and for blown off.
I was having problems with Verizon and Jeny helped me out today. Made a trouble some trip very easy. I appreciate that she exceeded my expectations you have a top-tier team there.
I had a great experience, the sales associate was really friendly, informative and patient. This was the best experience I had purchasing a new phone.
