I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I especially want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Bree — she’s been absolutely wonderful! Bree was patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, but Bree and the whole team really go above and beyond. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great storage and even better people to work with!

Their instructions on access and accommodations were clear and concise. The storage facility was clean and very secure. Our experience renting a U-Haul from this location was seamless! Bianca was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got a truck that fit our needs. The vehicle was in great condition, and both pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. We’d definitely rent a U-Haul from here again — great experience all around!

Man when I say Nate went above and beyond with making sure I was fully taken care of while moving with walk throughs, going over the facility guidelines anything was answered promptly and done with clear instructions, also the storage unit were one of the best maintained as for hygiene no signs of bugs or insects as some of ther storage units I have used in the past, the storage unit was well maintained the only downside would be if someone left the doors opened the heat would get into the unit but they were great about making rounds and getting things closed and situated, so if there was a bad thing to say that’s probably the only thing I could think of. While it is fortunate I was able to get my things out of storage it was unfortunate that I’m leaving such a great spirited environment. Bree was always polite and understandable with my current circumstances Bree and Nate were always thinking of ways to create the best and smoothest transition in and out of the facility. High recommended if there was a 10 star Broadmoor storage always provided the best solution!!

I rented a climate controlled unit and couldn't be happier with the experience. Never had any issues accessing my unit and there are even some carts available to use. Shout-out to Bree and Nate for being very helpful and providing great customer service.

The people at Broadmoor are incredibly customer oriented. They work hard to understand your needs & develop a storage solution. The facility is well maintained and immaculately clean. Security is 5-star.

Broadmoor Storage Solutions is by far the best bang for your buck in Tri Cities for storage. I used it for covered storage for my RV for about 3 months this year. It comes with its own parking spot, trickle charging for your camper battery, a roof cover, and gate and many cameras on the property. I had no issues while I was here and the customer service I received was excellent.
