CubeSmart Self Storage

I've the had storage units before, but I sure like Cube Smart, not only do I not have to worry about someone breaking into my unit but it's inside a building. I like that and the security is great. Glad I signed up with Cube Smart for my storage unit

Faith at the Pekin IL location was fantastic. She helped us with everything, showing us the location and also accommodating with the placement of my storage. Also very clean! Would absolutely recommend. She's a wonderful asset to your company!:

Faith is my hero!!!! Had to get a 2nd unit without notice and she was able to accomodate not only need for a second unit....but one that was adjacent to my original one making my moving experience as easy as she could assist to do so. Very attentive and will do what she can despite her busy schedule to help out her customers...and make them feel that their needs are her top priority!!! Top Drawer...and truly an assest to the CubeSmart organization. She's a keeper!!!! Thanx again Faith!!!

Faith as the manager here at CubeSmart is exceptional. She has some of the greatest hospitality I’ve ever seen. She goes above and beyond to help her customers out with anything they need she deserves a raise. She’s always kind sweet friendly always has a smile on her face, I always love when she’s working. She’s awesome.

I had a wonderful experience on August 3 and August 4, 2025 at your PEKIN Illinois location. Trevor was on the phone with a very difficult customer as I was waiting to talk to him and he is quite the professional and did an excellent job with a person that could not understand the rules of paying their bill on time. I told him I was proud of him since I at one point in my life was a Customer service rep. Faith was very kind to me when I exchanged boxes that I had bought the day before that I realize we’re going to be too large and too heavy once I filled them with items. Super fast and easy to rent a unit! Love the fact they have little dollys for you to use and the climate control option. Def will rent from here again!!! Manager was amazing!

Great time. Employees are great and very friendly. Laughed alot and had a great time while signing up for the unit. Both Shane's, and Faith are awesome
