These technicians deal quickly with customer's frustration which usually accompanies a balky laptop. They offer suggestions or advice without insulting an ignorant user, such as myself. I never have felt intimidated or inadequate because they want to help solve problems and educate the user or customer along with finding solutions. The staff throughout the store know their inventory and show a desire to be of service and willingness to order product if an item is unavailable at their location. The overall atmosphere of the store is friendly, and the customer feels s/he is dealing with competent people. It is shopper friendly with a wide selection of gift certificates and other services such as paper shredding and shipping in addition to office supplies.
