Completely satisfied by the service provided at this shop. I had a rather old cruiser bike that needed some serious TLC. Got new tires and a wash and it’s now practically new and most definitely improved. Already tried it out with our cooler weather and so happy. Definitely recommend them for your cycling needs. And the price was reasonable!!

We’ve been using Alligator Cycling for over a decade. Dealing with Victor , Tammy and the rest of the Alligator team is always a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and professional. When you get your bike back it’s always super clean like brand new and you know everything is done right.

My son's bike had a flat tire. An earring pierced the tire to the point where it broke through to the tire tubing. How though? How did that tiny earring puncture the tire that far in? Anyhow, I asked my friends with bikes for referrals and they recommended Alligator's Cycling Bicycle Shop. I brought the bike in during the early afternoon and Tam helped me. She was very kind and helpful. I told her I needed to get the tire tubing replaced. She estimated the labor and parts to be about $24. I approved and thought that was fair. I also brought along the new adjustable kickstand we got and asked if they could attach the kickstand as well. She said sure, no problem. They took the bike in and put it up immediately to get it fixed. The gentlemen who was fixing the bike wasted no time. Loved the quick and efficient service. While they did that, I looked around at all the beautiful mountain bikes and really wanted to get myself a nice $500 fancy mountain bike. But honestly, I didn't need one. I have a cruiser bike and love it. I also built it myself. I'm pretty damn proud of that. I asked Tam if they sold handheld or travel bike pumps. She showed me one that was incredibly small and handy. It cost $25. Sold. It would be nice to carry one around while we're biking, just in case. My bike was done in 10-15 minutes tops! Impressive turnaround time. The total for fixing the flat tire was $7.99 for new tire tube and $10.99 for labor to fix the flat = $18.98! Worth it. Loved the super quick service and excellent customer service.

Friendly, kind and knowledgeable people, they changed my tire in a few minutes. There are very few trustworthy businesses with really caring people, and this is definitely one of those rare ones. I will come back, regardless of the distance from my home.

Called them about an electric scooter inner tube I needed repaired. They welcomed me in & completed the job in a timely manner. Excellent service & very clean store. Highly recommend

Victor and his staff are skilled mechanics that are ingenious and know how to fix small, intricate parts and numerous bike problems on older and modern bikes. They have fixed gears, tubeless tires, brakes, bottom brackets in my Trek and Surly bikes. Much faster response times than your boutique bike shops (Trek Sunrise). Highly recommended.
