I went to Best Buy in Pembroke Pines to purchase a Sony lens, and I was so impressed with Diego’s customer service. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and at a comfortable pace. He was patient, kind, and made sure I understood all the details before making my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care for the customer. I purchased a roll of HP ink #63 black. I always purchase it. They always have great prices. The service is always on point. here the total was $28.88 that's with tax. I use curbside they came right out no waiting. I definitely will purchase again here at this location in Pembroke pines, and I will also use the curbside. Thank you guys for great service and handling things expeditiously.
Worst customer service EVER!! I ordered a pre-owned iPhone 14 256gb, Excellent condition for a birthday present. Best Buy created a shipping label and never shipped the phone yet still made the charge on my card, which basically means FRAUD!! They are super shady and the customer service is outsourced and no one seems to be able to rectify the situation. I’ve been told by so-called customer service that they cannot cancel the order which was placed on 8/28/25 and the shipping label was created on 8/29/25 (the very next day). I was falsely led to believe that I would be able to pick up the phone 5 days after purchasing it online. Today is 10/2/25 and the only action that has ever been made is charging my credit card $548.74 and then creating a shipping label. I checked my account and it continues to show a pending charge on my credit card which leaves my card with a lower available balance for purchases. Best Buy claims that they cannot cancel the order and they don’t have any further information. I was advised that I would need to take them to small claims court. I would like to give Zero stars. All of this equals poor management. The thought that a company that’s been around for so long is willing to steal products and fraudulently charge their customers credit cards, sickens me. I am beyond disappointed.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible service from the repair team. When it comes to repairing the TV, it took several times for them to try to repair the TV and they still haven't fixed it. And then they said, the TV was working and told me I had to make another appointment when I spoke to that technician. The TV never worked, what you see is the bottom is letters, and it turns off after 1 second. I went to the store and talked to the manager hector, he texted the supervisor of the tv service and never got a response, no one had been able to help me, I called the 1 800 number for the repair and I have to set up another appointment, another month will go by waiting for the TV to be repaired. It Is ridiculous when they sell you the warranties and when they can't fix the TV they are supposed to replace it, it is not true, Best Buy is lying about the warranties. Don't buy a TV if you don't have to do from Best Buy. Terrible experience wish it on no one. I put the pictures of the guys trying to fix the tv and you can see it just goes off and on and stays on that screen. If you want to see the full video email me and I'll send it to you and the recording of me talking to customer service, they don't know how long they'll take to repair the TV. No one knows, this is a joke.

Terrible Experience – $3,000 Oven Failed After One Week I am beyond disappointed with both Best Buy and Whirlpool. I purchased a brand-new double oven for over $3,000 from Best Buy, expecting quality and reliability. Instead, the oven stopped working after only one week of use. To make matters worse, Best Buy’s "warranty" expired after just two weeks—completely useless in this situation. Whirlpool’s response has been equally unacceptable: rather than replacing a defective appliance that clearly never should have left the factory, they are insisting on replacing a part in my "new" oven. So now, instead of having a reliable new appliance, I am left with a broken, repaired product that feels like a refurbished unit from day one. Neither Best Buy nor Whirlpool took fully responsibility. Best Buy washed their hands of it, and Whirlpool flatly denied my request for a replacement unit, which should be the absolute minimum when a $3,000+ appliance fails almost immediately. This is horrible customer service and a shameful way to treat customers. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance again, and I will never shop at Best Buy for major appliances in the future. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away from both companies.
