I came to have my wedding ring inspected routinely at the Pembroke Pines location. Bryant immediately notice my center stone was lose. I was devastated because not only did I not notice, I was also headed out of town in two days. Bryant assured me the issue would be taken care of and my ring would be ready before I left. I came in Wednesday and my ring was perfect and gorgeous!!! Even as a brand new employee Bryant was well dressed, professional, kind, thorough and very helpful. He also noticeably pays attention to and learns from the senior employees around him. I was extremely impressed and will be back to work with him in the future. Thank you Bryant! Your future is bright!!

I’m so glad I chose to purchase at Jared! Their staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I wasn’t sure at first, but they had so much patience showing me all the different rings and helping me decide. From the moment Jennifer welcomed me with a smile at the start of my visit, to the moment Anil assisted me with my purchase, I was amazed by their service. Anna P was so sweet and accommodating. She introduced herself and was very welcoming. I was just in to get my ring cleaned and inspected. She was happy to help. Everyone at this Jared’s location has always been very helpful. I have no complaints. But wanted to shout out Anna for making my errand and easy transaction. She even gave me a chocolate while I waited for the ring to be cleaned.

Upon our arrival at Jared in Pembroke Pines Mercedes greeted us with a warm smile and great energy, I was pleasantly surprised she gave many options, cleaned my wedding ring and was able to help find my Uncle a birthday gift. I had such a wonderful experience with Kaylee at Jared Jewelry! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and positive energy made shopping for rings such a joy. She took her time with me, answered all my questions, and helped me try on so many different styles until I found the perfect one.
