Melvin took the time to clearly explain the services needed, provided accurate estimates, and kept me updated throughout the process. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. My vehicle was serviced promptly and returned in perfect condition. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but Melvin does exactly that. Trust worthy and professional I wanted to give a hug shout out to Carlos! I called in for some information about my vehicle and the price for an inspection he suggested that I call Mercedes to get the inspection sorted and see if I could get it covered due to the circumstances. I called Mercedes and they told me to submit a report so they can do an investigation and to see if they can cover the fee! I wanted to thank Carlos so much for genuinely helping me. He could have just let me come in and pay for the inspection. This is a trustworthy mechanic. I would definitely recommend. He was very kind and informative.

Melvin delivered outstanding service during my recent battery replacement. As a customer of 2½ years with three service visits, this was the first time I experienced truly exceptional care at this dealership. Melvin set the standard for what customer service should be.

I would like to start off by saying I had a great experience. I was serviced by Mr. Melvin. He was very knowledgeable as well as professional, ethical and he ensured we were able to get a loaner vehicle to drive while the vehicle was being serviced. He informed us of the process and kept us in the loop. He was great with the service warranty company. He put extra efforts to ensure we would get proper coverage from their company. We received our vehicle back in a timely manner and it was was in great shape. We are overly satisfied with our experience. We now have a service advisor that we will use from this day forward. It was completely incredible. I received a notice of a recall for my vehicle. I called the service department to verify this recall. I was assured that it included my vehicle. I was asked to make an appointment to have this done. I was informed that it would take less than an hour, so I could wait for it. I made the appointment, and took off of work to make sure that I was there for the appointment. I brought my vehicle into the service department, was told to wait in the waiting lounge, and a Service representative would be out to assist me as quickly as possible. 10 minutes later, the service advisor said it would be about 45 minutes to complete the recall.I sat down and waited. After about 20 more minutes the service advisor came in to tell me THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART AND IT WOULD BE ABOUT 5 MORE DAYS TO GET IT! WOW! EXCELLENT SERVICE! 2 & 1/2 hours of lost work FOR NOTHING! I'll let you take it from here. I have noting more to say, except at TRADE IN TIME.
