08/23/25 @ 2:14p.m…I called my nearest O’Reillys to ask what size oil filter tool they have since their website was down. I specifically ask if they have a 86mm size tool and the employee on the phone says "you don’t need a tool for that" I just hung up lmaoo. Y’all just be hiring anyone??!..ended up going to the same store to find out they have a wall of oil filter tools and to not have the size I needed ..I’m posting this ONLY cause this could’ve save me so much time with just a little knowledge coming from that employee.

The best service I've ever had an auto parts store ever

I stopped in to get some windshield wipers for my pickup truck, the gentleman I wish I would have got his name show me the ones I needed and then volunteered to put them on for me! Wow customer service at its best.

On Jan. 23, 2024 (evening), I had a situation with the battery on my vehicle (it was bad). Luckily I still had a warranty... although this store did not have a battery, the employees (Arturo and a female employee) were kind to provide me a copy of my warranty and directed me to another Oreilly in Cooper City. Thank you for providing good customer service. Much appreciated!
